Did not acknowledge the fact that as a walk in customer, making me wait even when she's done. I have to ask her and she gave me the ugliest look I've seen that's she's not interested in serving. I am usually very chill but this kind of attitude from your clinic? Deserves less than one star.
S	Shariqsaf Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for consultation a few times for my kids to this clinic last month..Dr soh n Dr Jonathan was friendly and detail in their assessment.The nurses are friendly too. Definitely will come to this clinic should any of my family fall sick.
T	Thaheera Althaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My one star is negative star. We called the clinic up, told them we needed an appointment to get an MC for urgent purposes. We were asked to come down before 1pm. The call was at about 12.15pm and we walked all the way from our house to the clinic and reached by 12.30pm, only for them to tell us that they are closed for registration. The excuse given by the receptionist was that there were slots open when we called but it was gone by the time we reached. This is ridiculous. I expected them to keep a slot open for us since they were aware we were headed down to the clinic. I didn't realise we were living in the Star Trek universe where we can beam ourselves to clinics to snag slots. Utterly mind-blowingly ridiculous.
P	Priscilla Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe it's just me who is not aware of the costing of consulting a GP these days. I used to live in the central (Outram), but moved to Punggol 6 months ago. The fees I used to pay at these GP clinics in the central for my gastric/indigestion issues, were usually not exceeding $40 (with a blue Chas card subsidy). And with a lot more medications. Here at OneDoctors, I was only given a Gaviscon syrup, and Esomeprazole for my gastric. I was charged $68 (after Chas card subsidised $18.50). I got a shock, and checked the receipt. The doctor consultation was $43?!. The prices for the medications were, I guess, normal? Each $19? So yah, still in shock. But like I wrote earlier on, maybe it's a standard rate in Singapore these days. ?. One good thing the nurses were very nice, and the doctor was attentive, friendly and thorough with his assessment. But for the sake of my pockets, I won't go back there again.

Despite the fact that we had only taken an ART test for our VTL trip, he patiently checked and reminded us of the pre-departure procedures. The register staff is courteous and patient too. There are two clinics next to each other, and I chose Onedoctor simply because the staff is more friendly and polite than the clinic next door. Although the fees are slightly higher, I would gladly pay for the service
T	Tan Yee Chuen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informed counter my son is C+. Was told waiting time is 15 to 45 mins and 2-3 Pt ahead him. He was asked to stay in clinic, we were waiting for more than 1 HR while seeing other patients (more than 5) who came LATER than us went in to the consultation room, including young kids and old folks with ARI symptoms . Approached counter staff and was told because they are here with Appt for covid vaccines. Youngster and Woman with ARI for covid vaccine?
E	Eunice Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady doctor just asked general question and informed me to do swab test. She never tell me whether i have fever ? Just less than 5 mins out i left her room. Only to praise the counter staffs very friendly. Not going to visit this lady doctor anymore.
