I would like to commend Grayhammer’s excellent after-sale service. I bought a marble table from them about 2 years ago but only discovered that one side of the table was not chamfered as instructed recently. I called up their Sales (Serene) and she arranged to bring back the table top and loaned me another table top after some simple verifications. The chamfered table top was returned to us within reasonable time despite their busy schedules (close to Chinese New Year). I would like to to thank them for their good service.

Serene the salesperson waited for us to arrive evem though it was after the operation hours and she was very patient with us, going through every detail to ensure we are satisfied with our purchase.

Gone to many sofa shops but couldn’t find the seat support we wanted. Very happy to land on Greyhammer and found a well-crafted pocketed spring sofa with customisable legs. Great customer service from Kris who was patient throughout with all my queries. Free loan sofa due to shipment delay was thoughtful as well. Well done!

Bought black marble dining table and 3 seater sofa. Been using them since Aug 2018. Still looking good. Happy with my purchase. Serene was very helpful in answering to my queries.

Kris is really great at customer service :) She was very patient and meticulous in explaining while we were browsing. My mum and I came back to her after a month of browsing other stores, largely because of her. We felt comfortable making our purchase through her with the advice she gave from our first visit ?? We faced a delay with the delivery of our murlo quartz table top but Kris was assuring and responsive to our questions, which helped allay frustration. They kindly loaned a beautiful oak table top too, while we waited. The delivery guys were also some of the best I’ve seen :) They were really tested to figure out how to orientate the table legs to get through our narrower-than-usual front door. But they were quite patient and didn’t get visibly frustrated. They were also respectful of the house and brought protective mats. We’re happy with our table. The chosen veining of the quartz is lovely. The table fits just right in the space, which in part was due to the detailed discussions with Kris regarding making the right colour choices and design. Thank you so much :)

Giving two stars, only because we love the marble and overall design/style of the products. My husband and I would definitely whip out our credit card on the spot if not for the salesperson who was assisting us. We went down to GreyHammer to look at marble coffee tables and were greeted by Kris. We were taken aback by her nonchalant attitude and lack of knowledge. For instance, we wanted to customize an oval table with swan legs which we found out from another salesperson at GreyHammer (when we went down a second time) that swan legs might not be the best as it does not provide good support for an oval-shapped marble top. These were not highlighted by Kris. Further, when asked about various types of marble (e.g the differences in the marble), she could not provide much details to us. Better luck with Google and also, advisable to get a degree in Marble before going down. It appears as if she was not keen on our sales and did not provide any useful information when enquiring on customization. Overall, not a great shopping experience.

I've bought a number of items from GreyHammer over the last year and have found her designs and customer service really excellent. Her product range is often unique here in Singapore and always well made with great attention to detail in the craftsmanship. The prices are very modest too for the quality which makes her an excellent place to go to when fitting out a house be it owned! The furniture will be items I will keep as their style is timeless.
