Date of order 21/9/19 First delivery 10/10/19 send 2 mattress and T loan 2 divan due to late shipment Second delivery 14/10/19 time they promised before 1pm To deliver two storage bed They came almost 2pm.Poor delivery service.They are late,rude and force the customer to accept defect item.The cause of defect,i suspect their poor handling during unpacking using pen knife.They tried to repair it but ended up making it worst and wasting time.They refuse to call back their office to report about the defect.I tried calling the sales department to inform them about the issue many time,but refuse to answer my call and then rejected my call and then finally switch off their handphone. After that i decided to search their website and get a another number end up logistic department picked up,so i liase with the logistics in charge. Third delivery should be 1/11/19 The sale department agreed to replace one of the defect headboard.I still need to wait for another few more weeks.Waste my time,waste my leave.I am very disappointed with this type of service

I bought a Bedframe here and mattress. 1 Storage and 1 Single Divan with Cool max Mattress and Aloevera. the Manger was very detailed when it comes to there Product which is a good thing. and i know that I am in the right place .. I am actually looking forward to buy again for my Rental house. and saw there ads in FB so hope to meet the manager again.. and get a GOOOOOD Price.

I am so Glad that i visited Sleepnetics and try the mattress.. its so cool. I Feel so comfortable, Relaxing. Specially the Cooling Top and they say its Cool Foam that's why its so COMFORTABLE. my Mattress was Lux Comfort Rest , and one Lux Orthosmart for my Kids. . I really Appreciated the help of sale staff , she introduce me to one of the mattress that suits on my sleep. I am very satisfied, and looking forward that others can also try it. Its really Cooling one.. and also i saw that they have this pillows which cooling.. anyways.. For me delivery men. It was not bad at all, They help me to throw my old beds , I asked nicely. Just want to say I'm really Happy .. Thank you Sleepnetics <3 <3

Quality of the euro top mattress is very bad. The middle started sinking in within a year of usage. If you lie flat on either side of the mattress, your body will be leaned towards the middle. You will be in an uncomfortable position and keep adjusting due to the sink in the middle. The quality of the spring also sucks. Every time you get up, there will be a "thud" sound of the spring popping up.

Horrible experience overall. My parents bought their mattress at their West Coast Plaza outlet in December 2019 only to have the mattress sinking in march 2020. Within a span of 3months the mattress has become a living nightmare every night to sleep on. Coupled with the fact that the circuit breaker kicked in April meant that the nightmare lasted for more than 4/5 months before we could get any form of help. Only now then we managed to ask them to come over and inspect the mattress , only for them to push the blame to the bedframe. And even after changing the bedframe the problem is still there because the crux of the issue lies with the mattress, although the bedframe has issues of its own (the 2 boards that support the queen sized bed were not even, and looked very sloppily made). They still dared to charge $80 for delivery and manpower even when 1. made a wrong diagnosis 2. problem still persist. To be honest if you are a discerning customer, which unfortunately my parents are not, and if you have the financial means, please please please get something much better that is not from this store.

1. Delivered wrong color bed frame, arrange replacement twice but still wrong color. They told me this is production issue, same color code but different batch. 2. Give different quality of pillows to customer 3. Provide bad quality of bed frame. See photos below 4. Very bad service after sale, I was told to register warranty online but when I called Sleepnetics, they unable to find my record in system and ask me to provide them invoice number after 1 year.
