★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time Griffin Commercial has secured a suitable yoga space for BYCH when we needed to relocate from Raffles City Mall.
Using their extensive contacts, they searched exhaustively through several districts and conducted numerous viewings before finally securing our new space at Regency House, and it was prefect - whole floor tenancy, close to MRT, quiet environment, all necessary shower facilities in place, etc.
Griffin Commercial also assisted us in obtaining the necessary "Change-of-Use" permits from the relevant authorities which was a great help as we were busy with fitting out the new premises.
I would not hesitate to recommend Griffin Commercial if you are looking for a new office space.
