β β β β β Bought a Euphoria 260 rainshower system for $999 and ended up the gap between my head and the rainshower head is less than 1 inch.
Contacted Grohe to troubleshoot but was not able to give any satisfactory answer or support.
Have no confidence in the brand.
Please seek out Rigel, they have better support and customer experience.

β β β β β Lixil Grohe's Shaun and Rosalind helped solved a parts issue in a responsible and trustworthy manner. Their plumber was also efficient and polite. Took some time for parts due to the global supply chain situation.

β β β β β Bought Grohe Euphoria 260 shower system with temperature control from Hoo Kee, which I found from the Grohe website. What I received were parts from the Tempesta shower, the shower hose was defective, had to change from seller. No O-rings for the mixer (had to use lots of plumber's tape to be able to use my new shower, since the store was closed already) , no O-rings for the rainshower included. Had to go back to the store to get them from a different box.
Even the manual that I received was different from the one from customer service!
Was contacted by Grohe customer service and they didn't even read my email properly. Wanted to exchange everything that was leaking and give me the sealing rings but I already went and picked up the missing and exchanged the defective items.
Otherwise I would have not been able to use my shower for 5 days! Since Grohe is too busy to reply urgent matters.
Grohe should have sent a technician and exchanged the unit to a brand new unit, instead of making me hassle around.
I am from Germany and never ever heard of issues like this from any Grohe products...and in Germany they are up to 60% cheaper!
Seems like even Grohe is losing its touch and forgot where they came from.
I will write to Grohe Germany and inform them of these issues and see what their response is before posting it on public media sites.
