Prior to collecting my ride, he took time to explain patiently all the steps that was performed, how to look out for wear & after groom care. Nothing was hurried. Though my ride was detailed in July, till now, I’m still amazed at the quality of their workmanship. The hydrophobic properties were true to word. I barely used the wipers on rainy days. A simple car wash retains its original shine. Rendall was always prompt to reply my queries months after detailing. Well done Groomers!

Even though French cars are known to be finicky, he spared no effort to ensure my roof's paint protection film was wrapped flawlessly. It's been a year on and my film still retains its virgin sheen as if it's just left the shop. Count on him to use reputable products which will last too. CQuartz is one of the better coatings, if not the best out in the market. I compared my car to others at an enthusiast meetup and their coatings appeared to develop an orange peel over time. Having been in the car grooming business for many years speaks tons about his business ethics and practices. He is not one who will shoot and scoot as what some 'cheap' mobile detailers are doing. I know I'll be sending my next car to him.

I went to Rendell’s with a 14 year old car that has undergone a bad respray. Rendell was able to identify what was wrong with the respray and recommended what needed to be done to rectify. I send in my car to Grooms Lab in the beginning of June for the CQuartz Nano Coat and CQuartz Gliss Top Coat treatment and then went for a short holiday. While I was overseas enjoying myself, Rendell kept sending me WhatsApp messages, videos and photos to update me on the 2 days of treatment. The thoughtful updates provided assurance that my car was in capable hands. When I got my car back, it was transformed totally from old depressed to glossy vibrant! I was overjoyed. In my opinion, Groomers Lab is reasonably priced as they provided more than what I am paying for in terms of service and quality. I highly recommend Groomers Lab!
