★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Re posting as did not appear earlier. Our living n dining floor re-grouting was completed on 18 Nov 2021 and it looks so much better, even though our original HDB tiles are slightly uneven. Henry of Grout ProTech was quick to reply to our queries through Whatsapp. Desmond was patient while we selected the colour to match our tiles and briefed us on which items to remove on the day of re-grouting and Sam who came over with two of his staff to work on the grouting, was so helpful and friendly.
Their workmanship is very good and their service, even better. We are happy we chose Grout ProTech for their grouting services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended to do the acrylic epoxy grout to maintain the clean look of grout lines, and to prevent the slow erosion of grout in the future. Henry and Sam was really great, explained the advantages, took time to explain what they will be doing, and presented a huge range of colour option that best matches my tiles. During the removal and laying of grout, Sam kept me updated and also endeavored to hand over my unit back to me in person, to explain what has been done and about their warranty services. The grout lines now look great and feels really smooth compared to the original grout. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, genuine reviewer here. I contracted Grout Protech to do up my bathrooms. On average they charged me $1K-ish per bathroom dependent on size. Great customer service by their sales department Henry who I found friendly and professional. He also gave advice which colour epoxy to match my tiles as they have a range of colours (incl glittery ones!). I also checked with other companies doing epoxy grout, and the pricing range is more or less equal but Henry's customer service helped to sway my decision. Seems this product is really made for Singapore environment whereas some other product is made in China.
They quoted 9 days to do up all the bathrooms but pleasantly surprised me in doing it in half the time. I suppose underpromise and overdeliver is good. Sam on the field team and after sales service was really nice too, explaining the 2 years warranty in case of peeling, and to touch up some areas. For an expensive product, this is very much appreciated. Sam also patiently explained to me how they don't grout up the seams between tile and ceiling or tile and toilet bowl as those won't stick. So your contractor will still have to use normal cement grout for those.
