★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service and staff. Received a present for my kid but discovered some parts were faulty. Went back to exchange and they opened up 2 additional boxes with the same problem. Apparently it's a manufacturer's issue. They allowed us to change to another toy even though we don't have the receipt. Staff was also very patient to assist. 2 thumbs up!!
