Really love the congee, thick and creamy. Aunty is super friendly as well and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Underrated hidden gem at Tanglin halt. Aunty is super friendly and her porridge consistency is thick and creamy.

Owner/Staff should pay extra attention to what customer has ordered. The lady misheard what I ordered (porridge with meat balls) and prepared noodle with meatball instead. I only realised it wasn’t porridge until the time I asked her why there’s no slices of fried dough. She first explained I have ordered noodle by the pronunciation but on the menu there’s no such noodle with meatball at all. If it’s something out of the menu, she should have double checked. While we both found this wasnt what it supposed to be, she then asked ‘can you take this?’ Before giving my answer, this lady was impatiently adding fried dough slice to the noodles as if I was making the whole story for fried dough, speechless. Speaking of the noodle, it was weird as there’s an egg hidden at the bottom which unavoidably mixing up with the soup without noticing it.

The Auntie was very rude and doesn’t seem interested to cook properly or take my order. Cos I ordered Fish Porridge as takeaway, only to find there were NO fish in the porridge when I got home.
