Sent my Epiphone Hummingbird Pro for a full setup and string change job to Gworx's Goose ( Ravi). I never tested his skills before and only went to him when his shop was the only one open at that time. It took sometime before I got my "baby" back , but boy did he do a marvelous job!!! Been at guitars since the 70s, and the Epiphone Hummingbird Pro has been, and probably is, one of the best sounding guitars I have ever played (Disclaimer: I am not in any way associated with Gibson, Epiphone or their authorized dealers and this is just my personal opinion ) but Goose's magic raised its level a few notches up. That guitar was my go to for all my gigs since I bought it and I think it could never sound any better now than it is. This man, Goose, and his "magic hands" really made the wait ( i realized he's got tons of guitars and music gear to work on so that probably why he's all caught up ) well worth it! Ravi, I hope you will always treat every guitar and gadget that comes your as if it's yours and it's your first customers like you always do! This guy loves and respects guitars, and will give yours the TLC it deserves. He's skilful, professional and not pushy, and will lovingly advise what he thinks your guitar requires, and will let you decide whether or not to go ahead with it. Great service, and your guitar will come out of his shop singing.

GworX are brilliant when it comes to guitar repairs and maintenance. Goose brought my old Martin back to life with a few simple adjustments and helped me understand how to get the best our of my little Taylor GS Mini.

I'd highly recommend Goose to anyone looking for guitar setups/repairs/fretwork. Prior to being recommended to him, I had different techs work on a problematic guitar I had and still couldn't get it to play well. I've also had really long waits which was frustrating as I required the guitar for use. Goose managed to identify the problems almost immediately during our first meet and I felt really assured. After a week, I got the guitar back and the guitar now plays really well. I've sent in my other guitars to him as well and am looking forward to seeing them with their new life!
