S	Sharotto Kure on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite places to shop. There's a huge variety of clothes to choose from and there's always bound to be something for everyone. Even if you can't find anything you like, it's a nice place to take a stroll while getting fashion inspiration. Though quite empty these days, it's a huge store with a spacious open layout and seats at every level. Everything is well-maintained, including the fitting rooms. Highly recommend to visit, a 5 star for me

What’s actually disappointing is that, this outlet being the biggest one in SG, PLUS SIZED bottoms and jeans are NOT available to purchase in store! It should be ordered online paying extra dollars. Whereas others can just walk into the store and purchase and leave. Or is being curvy considered NOT NORMAL to be selling only online and not in store? I hope they do something about this

I would like to lodge. negative feedback to one of your staff at h&m singapore ion orchard branch. her name is Aisha and I was not decided to purchase an item so i told her il cancel off the purchase. She quickly retract the item and smack it on the counter. I felt like its very arrogant and inappropriate behavior of her irregardles of what the customer has rights. I demand and hope that no other person will be victimized of her attitude and that she will refrain from doing this in the future. This is an incident that i will never forget. especially h&m is a big name leading industry of clothing with regards of this incidence i hope that fast action will be made. with any further details you may email me back thanks, rose
s	sheryl tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was well aware that swimwear could not be exchanged as a general policy not just at h&m but still double checked with the staff there when making payment & got the confirmation that it was eligible for exchange. however when i went to the ION outlet for the exchange on the same day, i was told the opposite.. would’ve appreciated if the staff was clearer with the policy before spreading false news to customers
J	Jonathan Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through browsing the selection at the multistorey flagship H&M store I can see why they lost out to Uniqlo. The designs are mostly a little dated and the prices are not super competitive compared to the top fast fashion brands. They also seem to have diversified into more areas than they can chew e.g. having face masks and lipsticks? they also need to do more collabs with popular brands like marvel or Disney because that is what keeps the collection fresh. Unfortunately it looks like they might start to go on the trajectory of bossini where they experience a steady decline into oblivion
