β β β β β Nice selection of clothes but the lady was very unfriendly - I went in around midday on 19 March. I opened a t shirt she had folded (it was not one in a plastic sleeve, but one on display) to see if I wanted to buy it, and she snatched it out of my hands and said if I want to see something, I should ask her. What is the point of putting clothes on display if I canβt open it to have a look to see if I want to try it? Very rude, please fix your attitude.

β β β β β Bought a Jil Sander tshirt at $380 from this store last week. Reached home, removed the price tag, and then saw there is a anti-theft device attached to the shirt.
Fine, so I went back to the store today with the shirt and the receipt, hoping that they can remove the device so I can wear it Tmr.
It turns out that the store does not have this anti-theft device at all. They donβt have it on any other shirts. So of course they donβt have the facility to remove this device.
The staff offered me an exchange, but need the original price tag.
The price tag was thrown into trash bin last week. So I called my boyfriend at home and he managed to find the price tag from our trash bin.
But the manager gave the instruction to the staff that βoriginal tag is neededβ.
I said Iβm not gonna spend another 40min going back home and then 40min to your shop again because of YOUR fault of not removing the device.
The manager was not present in the store, so all the conversation happened between me and the staff.
I messaged the manager and with no apology, he just showed me a screenshot of their return policy saying that original tag is needed.
Cold, impersonal, black and white, written terms and conditions.
??? Hello??? Is this a proper attitude being a retail manager?
I already spent 30min in their shop for this ridiculous incident. So I said that you just find something to cut the device off and Iβll go. Then, the staff brought the shirt to the Benjamin & Barker and managed to remove the device.
For Godβs sake, you could have done that 30 min ago.
And I couldnβt help but wonder where the device comes from. Did someone just stole this shirt from Jil Sander.
The manager called me and offered a very cold, impersonal explanation. And he say I can verify the authenticity of this shirt.
Iβm not gonna spend any more minute on this shirt because of YOUR fault.
30min after I left, I received explanation from the manager in text and they offered me a 20% off discount voucher for their web store.
No thanks, for a $380 shirt, I donβt care abt that pity 20% off voucher.
So in summary, if you donβt want to get involved into ridiculous incidents such as what Iβve gone through today, avoid this store and their cold impersonal manager.
Poor staffs in the shop, have to bear my eye rolling because of their managerβs poor attitude.

β β β β β Bought an adult size dunk low panda and gotten a GS size instead for the price of an adult shoes. After which contacted the staff about it and they just ignored it. Insisting that GS size is more "expensive" than an adult size shoes but unwilling to do a 1-1 exchange and MIA. What a joke. I would give zero star if I could.
