★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to see the kicks in hand and try sizing. But purchasing is a diff question. Shoes are often 100-200 dollars if not HIGHER overpriced. But need to understand that they are a store operating at orchard ah and they LC the shoes alrdy.
Customer service wise, kinda terrible. yall need to train your staff to make me want to buy the shoes not be a freaking diva and judge others. Need to look a bit high SES and theyll entertain you. Quite scummy staff tbh. Walked in with a Jaeger Le Coultre on my wrist expecting to get some good kicks for CNY but ended up leaving with a sour taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to many different stores but so many other stores were not as welcoming as EXIT! Other stores were not as helpful, wouldn't help unless you look like you can afford to. But the people at EXIT are very nice, not trying to hard sell. The ones i wanted did not have my size anymore but the guy who served me today was so helpful and patient, suggested many other options and was very objective. Honestly a lot of people don't help students so much, but staff here were very helpful despite the crowd. Left happily with the AJ1 Seafoam pair, but was very glad to have been able to try other options as well! Thank you!
