β β β β β Worst customer service. Loud and donβt even let us have the chance to explain. Came here just to change my battery, saw the bad review but I thought how bad can it be. Very Unreasonable, try it if you need a spike.

β β β β β Wanted to change battery for my watch, Shop states closes at 10pm, Manage to rush in at 930pm and the staff was at the verge of closing so I asked if it's still open and a female staff said 'no' with an impolite tone, proceeded to find another shop named 'watches of japan' within walking distance and they were too at the verge of closing but when asked the same question, the female staff there was so friendly to help and was professional at her task which took me only 10mins to get it done, walked by this shop later on and it was still not closed, saw the staff of this shop just eager to get it closed and head off.

β β β β β Bought an Aries Gold watch some time ago. They told us batteries are lifetime warranty. When I brought my watch there, they said must produce warranty card. I asked, don't they have records. Answer is no. ??? In these times of computerisation? I wonder if they expect me to keep the warranty card for life. The thing is, they did not inform me at the time of buying the watch. In an earlier purchase, I did ask if I could drop by and change batteries without documentation. The sales lady no problem.

β β β β β I would not recommend going to this store due to the lack of quality customer service. I came in ready to buy a watch but the tall sales associate, who was constantly on her phone at the cash register area, gave me such a terrible attitude right when I entered the store that I felt very unwelcome and not comfortable to ask her questions about what I was looking for. I was already turned off by her poor attitude but still took the time to look at some of the watches since I was already there, but after awhile, I did not feel welcome enough to continue browsing so I left the store and proceeded to purchase a watch from another more welcoming watch store located on the same level that had superior customer service. It's a pity that this place lost a potential customer who was ready to buy because of their customer service.

β β β β β Bought a Wulf brand watch online at the start of 2021 and within a week I was sending it back for malfunctioning. Some 12 months later the entire internal movement of the watch has detached from the face. I contacted H2Hub several times via email to nil avail only for someone to finally answer me via their WhatsApp. Thus far they have been "checking my details" for a week straight and still no further communication from them.
Avoid at all cost - fraud of a company.

β β β β β Wanted to see a watch. Got shoo-ed by their staff saying its closed when shutters are still open(which is the reason why we walked in). Agree with the other reviews: very bad customer service, staff were on their phones, and with poor attitude. Would give zero stars if i could. Definitely wouldn't come here to buy a watch at all.

Sent my Tissot for warranty claim, got it back wrapped up like new.
I want to commend Jackson for his patience, wide knowledge of watches and customer service.
Will always recommend H2Hub for watches.
Bought my second Tissot from them too.
