Rented an: All Terrain Bicycle that did not dissapoint.
If you're looking to rent bikes for whole day cycling trips with friends/family, this store has a variety of bikes you are able to rent for 24hrs at a REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE price!
Jasper(Staff) was able to recommend a suitable bike for my friend, even sacrificed his lunch time to attend to us as we arrived without booking appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw their great reviews and started a chat with Jasper asking about a tire change for my MTB - mentioned specific issues with my current tire and my requirements. He replied promptly and he clearly answered every question I asked. Decided on the replacement tire model, agreed on a pricing, tires arrived in a couple of days, he even was practical and kind to accomodate an appointment earlier than what I was given originally. In the shop when I went to replace my MTB tires, I found Jasper to be highly knowledgeable and patient to guide me through questions. Clean, sharp and quick at work, he provides the best customer service experience I have come across so far. Highly recommended for bike repairs and bike rentals. I'll be going back for a rental soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're glad to have found Dualcircles while searching for bike rental shops besides GoCycling. The entire booking/self-collection/return process was easy and hassle-free. The owner (Jasper) was also very responsive and readily shared information about the bikes. They provide a wide range of bikes and accessories for rent at an affordable rate and we liked that the rental is charged per 24hrs. The bikes we rented were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall it was a great experience! We'll be sure to rent from Dualcircles again!
