★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been looking for the right cut for Cava for ages! We live near 2 groomers that we went to for the sake of location, but found that they kept cutting the hair like a poodle even though we said we didn't want Cava to look like a poodle (she is a Bernedoodle). Although Hachi is further from us, it is totally worth it! They were very observant and knew what we wanted! The groomer was super kind to Cava and she looked happy when we came to pick her up!
Thank you and finally found a place to take Cava regularly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent both doggos for grooming and it was a great experience! The grooming place is clean and environment is good for the dogs! Groomers were very friendly and they really treat the pups like their own! Highly recommend!

Next time when I call, he had saved my number and gave me a personalised welcome. Very good customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought Leia (2yr old beagle) in for a full grooming session and we were very happy with the service provided. In fact, we got a 20% discount as a first-time customer and they did some touch-up free of charge. We will definitely go back again. Another bonus is that they are next to Ghim Moh Food Market so can grocery shop or have a meal while waiting.

HBT have always given prompt replies when booking for appointments and most professional or best to their recommendation for the best way to approach knots or any troubles my pup faced when grooming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time my 5-month puppy going for grooming. Thanks to Felicia and Ran my puppy stays calm and happy during the grooming session. My puppy looks so clean, neat and fluffy after grooming and he looks very happy to be around the two senior groomers I mentioned earlier. I’ll definitely bring my puppy back again. The staff are also very helpful in terms of giving me tips on how to brush my puppy’s fur and what I should be aware of when taking care of a puppy! I really appreciate the advice!!!!
