★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in at 845 pm..Nurses just stared at us like we were aliens..didn’t even say anything until we said can we see the doctor.One of them mumbled cannot see doctor, we are closed from 815pm...815pm???!!then why say the clinic is open till 9pm...poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic on a Sunday morning with my wife who just had COVID vaccination the day before, and she had a bit of coughing and the nurse immediately treats us like aliens and ask us to stay outside the clinic, whole experience is miserable and no respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rushed to the clinic to seek treatment for my aged wheelchair-bound father in law for a small pimple on his back on Sunday. Reached at 12.20pm and clinic indicated closing time at 1pm. Both nurse and doctor refused to see/treat my in law instead told to go A&E. Suggested that they change their clinic opening hour to avoid this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to inform staff that I have cough before visiting clinic and were told to wait outside. After my consultation and Art test, I am found to be positive of covid-19. Both staffs and Dr William Khoo came out to advise me on the what to do next and providing me with the necessary instructions too.
Throughout the whole conversation, they are very professional and can sense that they are genuinely concern for me as patient too.
