★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was not as packed as the other dining area in Telok Ayer during lunch time at around 12.30pm and so we thought maybe the food was not as fantastic or that the price is expensive. But no, we were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the tuna and salmon fish. This place serve handmade udon both thick and thin version which was quite interesting. But since we weren't in the mood for noodles we didn't get to try it. Will come back again next time to try the udon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Japanese cuisine at very affordable prices. Unfortunately the rice used seems to be normal asian rice instead of Japanese rice. Ingredients are very fresh though. Weekday lunch hours are a tad too busy and loud to have a quiet meal.

Overall it's a nice place to have a simple meal.

The ambience could be super noisy during lunch hour when it’s full house, hard to enjoy food or anything with that kind of atmosphere.
