β β β β β Tried their red garoupa fish head soup. Soup was near to mass appeal taste with bitter gourd added. Fish head meat was nice without any trace of fishy smell. All chopped into bite size servings.

β β β β β One of the best fish soup. I always have the groupa fish head soup, no evaporated milk, extra bitter gourd. The soup is natural creamy. Comparable to you proper restaurant deals at more than half the price.

β β β β β Had the fried fish soup and the grouper fish head soup. The soup for the grouper fish head is significantly better. Not sure how both is being prepared to have this difference. Overall a very satisfying fish soup.

β β β β β Chef/owner was a chef at a major Chinese restaurant, according to photos proudly displayed at his stall. Quality of this fish soup is definitely a cut above the regular stalls. Recommend to pay marginally more and order the premium fish types (fresh and flavourful).

β β β β β Enjoyed the medium $6 fish slice bee hoon soup. The good portion of fish slices were fresh, delicate yet not thin though slightly overcooked. The soup was good. There was a bigger serving of vegetables than typical. The queue moved fast.
