One of the worst salon I have ever been to. Saw on instagram and seems like what they post is okay and wanted to try their service. But to my horror, shop is not even like a salon to begin with. Hair wash? WAS NOT EVEN A HAIR WASH. I guess the staff was not train to even wash the customer’s hair. Was left hanging by one of the staff there. Halfway doing my hair then suddenly do another customer’s hair?? I’m like what?? Feedback to their boss RIFFAT but the boss only SEEN my msgs only and choose to ignore. So you know lah huh? Bad boss is an example of the worker. Wasted my $200 on this salon.Those people who work there is not gentle at all. My hair was pulled and the straightener always burnt my hair guys :’) Lastly, wanted to do another treatment and guess what the staff say? ‘Need to wash hair again lah, come back another time’ WTH?? PLEASE DO NOT GO THIS SALON. This salon is a JOKE.Service, place and treatment is the worst.

My hair got damaged, tooooo dry. The hair become curl after the 2nd day of rebonding. The owner has changed. Now is a new lady. Last time did rebond with a old lady boss but now takeover by another one. Last week Went to a professional stylist and found that the chemical applied during rebonding was until the scalp and so deep. No wonder my hair was like too flat and attached to the scalp. Unable to do perm because this salon damaged my hair with this kind of chemical method and hair become spoilt and damage. Have been doing rebonding for the past few years but never went through this kind of salon. Please avoid at all cost. If u want cheap service then expect a cheap result.

It was a cosy n quiet salon. Staffs n boss were polite and friendly. They were all concentrating on their clients and no noisy chatty staffs. Professional and they give advise on what treatment would suit genuinely. My fren and myself had a pleasant trip. Good job and wil go back again. Location is out of the way but service is very good. Thanks!

Too many negative points. Waited for 1 hour even after appointment. The hair styler didn't know how to use hair color. She asked me if she can leave out gray hair or color will be on my face. I kept on telling her that my scalp is burning but she kept on arguing that I never heard it before. She kept on asking me bunch of questions, almost like me telling her how to cut hair. After hair cut my layered hair looks like straight hair. Worst experience ever. I will never go there again. Regret going there. I will.not recommend anyone to go there

Came here when it was rupinis then there was a change in ownership but I didn’t know so I just decided to try my luck. Should’ve trusted the reviews. $16 for eyebrow and upper lip threading 1. I asked her not to make my brows too thin but she cut my brows by half 2. Uneven threading 3. Threader was super rough she kept trying to sweep away the hair that was threaded (which is fine) but she kept hitting my eyeballs? (I’ve never experienced anything like that before) It was so bad my friends asked me what happened to my brows. No cap. You can see my pic for proof

I don’t recommend the rebounding service here. My hair ended up all twirly I had to trim off my hair at home. They’d be straight from the top down but the ending all twirly ( I have fine hair). I’m not sure if it was because of the product that was used or the hairdresser skill-less.

To all of you who had a bad experience - let me tell you those bad experiences only happened after a takeover of the whole business by new lady boss. I didn't have any bad experience while with Riffat and she is no longer there. I was really upset and felt cheated today. I was told over the phone keratin, cut, color was $175. I was looking forward to the visit today but to my surprise I had to pay $280. Guess what, my color was not properly, and yes, she was rough in her services. At the counter, I wasn't happy when had to pay that amount. and you said it was $175. She said definitely not. I'm never coming here again although I was offered a touchup for my color.

My experience was good..This is my second visit . I did Keratin Rebond & Base Colour & Highlight 7 Dec 2021 for $275 . 8 hours in the Salon . At the beginning i find the hair colour was too bright but then Riffat (the owner) said it was nice on me , I really did get alot of people reviewing to me that it suits me and all .. Towards the end , one of the stuff doing the straightening way too fast and was too rough with my hair cause its the closing time . Was too painful . End up having bad headpain . I like Kieran washing and blowing my hair & Riffat taking care of the whole process .
