β β β β β The manager keep pushing me to sign up new hair package every each time I am there, even though I had already took up 2 packages with him during the 1st & 2nd visit. His hair styling skill is just so so only - nothing great, hence VERY irritating!!!!

β β β β β Fed up with this place. The hairdresser here doesn't understand simple instructions. Told her I don't want slope, and I don't want my hair to be cut short. Ended up cutting my hair short with slope.

β β β β β Avoid Bangkit Road outlet! The male stylist, whom I believe is the branch supervisor is unprofessional. One of the colleague told me that I need to wait for about 1hr or so as the queue was long and I told her I'll wait. However, the male stylist told me to come back another day, citing that the customers have booked appointment. Feeling disappointed, I told him that I want to book appt for next day at 3pm and he then told me for hair cut is only walk in and no booking allowed. In fact this had happened to me 3 times within the last 4 months. Totally regret getting the membership package and now I'm stuck with irresponsible, unprofessional and uncouth behaviour of staff?

β β β β β got exactly what i asked for, showed stylist what i wanted and i received exactly that. im very happy with the results and i would definitely go back for another cut. the hairstylists at the senja branch are very skilled :)))

β β β β β Went for a haircut yesterday and was served by a very grouchy Chinese man. He cut as he pleases and in the end I got a very bad haircut. Will NOT renew membership ever again. To AVOID at all cost eZen@Fajar Shopping Centre!

β β β β β Bought a "no expiriy membership" when they first opened. They changed systems to use a membership card system instead of a book system, so instead of just reciting your membership number you needed to bring a card.
BUT they didn't give me the card, and kept postponing it by saying "we'll issue it the next time you come". I went to cut my hair again today but I didnt have a card. In the end, they told me I had to pay the full amount. And the people at the store were completely unequipped to handle this as well. Had to call the store manager, who appeared equally unequipped.
It wasn't like the service was great either. I was accused of using body soap for my hair and not using conditioner because my hair was hard to comb. (And just a PSA I do use shampoo and conditioner, daily).
Not worth the frustration.

β β β β β Hairdresser always change and not constant. Every time went the supervisor will ask to go another branch.
Attitude is rude and difficult to communicate.
If you don't have any hair style in mind and would let them cut your hair base on their mood, then just go there

β β β β β I am super disappointed and do not know what to do with my hair now. When I first sat down, the lady that served me at the Bangkit branch asked what haircut I would like. I requested for a trim to shoulder length and I do not want a layered haircut. She originally asked me if I wanted to proceed with a bob haircut which I strongly rejected it as I do not want a hair too short to be tied. Looking at my strong rejection, she said she would proceed with what I wanted. She sprayed alot of water on my hair during the entire haircut, therefore I couldnt really see how short she was cutting. It was until the end when she dried my hair that I realize it was not what I wanted and she proceeded to cut the bob haircut. When I asked her if this was the one I requested, she said she feel the bob haircut is more suitable so she proceeded to cut to her liking. I am extremely disappointed, I should be respected for what I really wanted as this is my hair and I have already rejected her idea. This is unacceptable. Please train your staff to respect the customer's decision on how he/she wants her haircut to be done.
