★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sitting there for 1.5hours for a hair cut of 1.5inch trim, to my horror resulting in an unbalanced on both sides, the hair dresser asked me to listen to her as she's the stylist!! Omg.... I told her I have nv see such an unbalanced hair cut with 20+ years of long hair. This young malaysian bob hair hairdresser insisted that it is balance and I am told to tong it daily. She proceeded to take her tong wanting to tong my hair to hide her mistake. I told her I have no time to tong it daily and hair needs to be balance. She then insisted that customer got to listen to stylist. I told her forget it, I left immediately after my payment as I do not want to waste any more time there. Horrible horrible service.
