★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero star. Reviewing here as mission did not respond to my email enquiry. It’s been 2 weeks since I emailed.
- Was charged 90+ for consult and meds for ARI symptoms despite being a PHPC Clinic.
- Was initially informed by the clerk that since my ART is still negative, I am not eligible for the PHPC subsidy.
- Checked with MOH after, turns out that subsidy is applicable for anyone with ARI symptoms, regardless ART result.
- Called the clinic, only to be told that “if everyone get subsidies, we will be very busy” ?
So messed up. Cheat.

This will be the first and last time I visit this clinic. The fees were exorbitant and I got a shock by the amount I had to pay despite receiving some discount.
Update:
The doctor also refused to do PCR test on my mom despite her having a mild fever and cough. Guess what...she tested positive 2 days later using ART. Perhaps we would have known she was positive earlier if the doctor did the PCR test. Maybe the clinic wanted to earn more money as PCR including consultation only costs $10, but my mom had to pay $70+ instead. We are very unhappy with the quality of service rendered to my mom
