Auntie use spray to wet my whole hair and started cutting, halfway through she ask me to wear my specs back and check if it’s okay and after I check she ask me don’t take out my specs and continue cutting my hair. After cutting she said it’s done without even using the hair dryer to dry my hair. Walked out of the place with my hair wet like I just showered and after it’s dry my whole hair is uneven and there’s a few holes…… super disappointed with their service. Go at your own risk.

They will blame you for not telling them what tk cut. Hello? Other hair salon will ask u politely hiw you wan to cut and suggest to you their best opinion.
I know it is only $5.80 to cut hair but it is also money to us. It is NOT FREE!

I’ve never been that happy with my hair cut before, as compared to other neighbourhood salons. :) I guess it’s about getting the right person with a right attitude! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why the reviews are so bad but i genuinely had a great experience from start to end! i was attended to by Ching who did a digital perm and haircut for me, and it turned out so good and smooth! It was really affordable, the environment was clean and nice, and there wasn’t a queue on Sat afternoon.
Ching checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and she & the team were very friendly. Would definitely recommend Ching to those who want to do perm (tip: pick the organic perm as it’s much healthier for your hair). Thank you to the team at snip avenue for making my first experience here a great one!! Will be back again soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had my haircut here because it was suggested by my friend. thought it would be a good experience, but it wasn’t. their customer service is unsatisfactory, and their hair stylists are not welcoming at all.
i waited an hour….to get my hair cut. they didn’t even tried to inform us about the situation or asked what kind of services do we need today. overall, i am very upset with the experience :/ won’t frequent this place anymore & i strongly don’t suggest this place at all if you want to get a quick hair cut, of course.
