★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review on my own as this is the first time I'm leaving a beauty shop feeling great. As a plus size woman, I have never felt that I'm being scrutinised getting hari removal even on my private areas and my chaff inner thighs. The staffs there were very professional and kind as they explain the process to me and recommend me the best option. They are also do not hard sell in which is important to me and they respect my affordability. I do not feel burdensome at every visit I've went to. Thank you Hairz @ paya Lebar. I look forward to my appointments ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super effective with fast results and it’s painless compared to ipl at shops or at home. Staffs at the outlets are all very knowledgeable and friendly about the services offered. PLQ outlet is much more convenient for me distance wise & the staff here is very nice. Hopefully there will be future new outlet in tampines too hahaha! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously went to orchard branch for first treatment, it was good, but due to travelling distancd, i request to change to paya lebar as it's closer to me. Both branch outlet their service is good, staff are friendly and kind too. Price is affordable compare to other IPL shop. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here. Staff was very friendly and meticulous. She was constantly checking on me to ensure that I was feeling okay throughout the treatment. Treatment is effective too, hairs mostly stopped growing out already (previously I visited other outlets before PLS opened another outlet). Really enjoyable experience and I will continue visiting this outlet.

In that session I dnt feel any hard selling from the staff. Everything was smooth. Some more the price is reasonable. Really good price. Highly recommend!
