★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a fun dish to eat! Red fingers and zombie like blood splatter on your cheeks.
The bone marrow is of course full of flavor.
I do suspect a lot of artificial colouring was involved though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their famous Tulang and Kambing soup is very good with good service! Nasi Goreng with mutton is fragrant and rice is nicely fried. The only bad is that they uses styrofoam plates and plastic cutleries... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I managed to try the legendary Soup Tulang Merah (red bone). Do not be intimidated by the blood red colour and big bones. The taste is actually not bad. The red colour is from sambal and tomato paste from what I gathered. Its taste is both savoury and sweet, but neither one is overpowering the other. I can imagine the sauce pairs very well with bread. It is not oily, and also not much meat. However I think due to the mixed savoury sweet taste, there's still a missing punch to bring it to the next level.
Warning: do not wear white shirt when you eat this.
