★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible night security. They are either absent or sleeping. This one guy, who works the night shift, at the Grandhill, sleeps with his fly and pants open, and his hand on his junk. Weeks ago, I conveyed my concern to the boss, and he said the employee would be retrained and replaced. The idiot security guard has not been retrained, and he has not been replaced. He is still here. Tenants pay for security. This company is extremely inept and not--in anyway professional. I have called the boss of this company to voice my concerns, and he does not care. You will do much better with another company.
