Rented a car from them for a wedding event, it was good. Car looks good both inside and out and had no issues. Would definitely rent again from them

I am writing this as a new car license owner who just passed 2 months ago. I actually booked the car from a 3rd party website and i got contacted within 2hrs about my booking, sadly the car model i was looking for was out for another booking so they kindly liaised with me and recommended another model and patiently answered my queries. On the pickup day there was a contract to be signed and was also asked to check the vehicle and point out any damages that were there before i started driving (this is very important and advice all to check properly to prevent unwanted blames after returning) They were also kind enough to loan me a NETS CASHCARD for my usage. All i needed to do was return the vehicle with the same amount of oil given as well as the cashcard amount. After i picked up the vehicle Bensley gave a whole load of advices and i really appreciated it as a newbie driver. Car was accepted in a clean condition (was a toyota blue vios) Throughout my booking YJ (person who i liaised with) was easily contactable to answer my queries like the type of oil to pump and all. Finally i opted for the pickup option for the vehicle to be picked up by them at my preferred location for return; of course this is at additional cost but also based on location, at this point i advice all to liaise early with them the pickup location and time as they can be quite busy. For my case i didn’t need the car on the last day so they could pick it up anytime before the stated time but they were busy to pick it up and i was unable to return to the location on my own (due to last min liaising ) however we worked something out for both of us and after vehicle check my deposit was returned promptly ! Kudos to Bensley and YJ for the awesome services, totally recommend their company as a newbie since it is available for rental even for someone who just got their liscence 2 months ago. And for sure i would come back again to them directly for the booking ! ?WELL DONE !!

Reply was quick from bensley, enquire online and pick up the car from my preferred location. Transaction was smooth, deposit returned on the same day rental ends. Car was clean.

Rented car from Tay Automobile for 2 weeks. The staff from Automobiles are quick in response and they provide clear instructions for the car rental and hassle free. You can consider their service professional and they go extra mile to prepare cash card rental to the consumers and advise on the points to take note when signing the agreement. Car is well maintain too. Overall, they are one of the best car rental company in town!
