W	WaterBox Projects on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great place for Chinese cuisine. Nice friendly staff always make you feel welcome. Tip: come early or make an appointment, so that you get your preferred table.
P	Pek Genie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Peking duck , steamed garlic prawn, stirred fried mutton and doumiao vegetable. Overall tasted good, the only disappointment is the Peking duck. Not only the duck is dry, but also the skins weren’t crispy roasted enough. Other than that, vegetables given is VERY little. Maybe 6-7 pieces of melon and cucumber ? Steamed garlic prawn is my fav , best match with their special soy sauce. Definitely will buy again but not the Peking duck, no thanks.
D	DC L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to Jalan Besar branch, this is the first time we visited this outlet. Food is good in general, we like the soup, XLB and guo tie. Due to shortage of manpwer, serving was quite delayed, but the friendly staff made up for everything. Eileen in particular is fantastic! She is thoughtful, meticulous and patient, we really love her service! Will go back for the second floor dining area with windows, that looks impressive!
E	Ed Seng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best ShanDong places in Singapore. Famous for their Beijing Roast duck which is not too oily/fatty and done to perfection. You can choose to have the remaining duck meat done in a variety of styles. Typical choice is to have it in soup form, or the Mala Xiang Guo (Mala Fragrant Stir Fry) style. The mixed seafood stir fry was superb as well. Previous trips I had braised pork with steamed buns (Kou rou bao) which was spot on. Their La Zi Ji (Mala sitr fry chicken) was also very good. Superb place! Worth a visit! 4/5!

For the drinks tried the promotional beverages, the Sakura peach and plum wine, a little bit too sweet but pretty light and yet unique flavourful aroma. Good view facing the river and can see Marina Bay Sand (MBS) clearly. Will come again for dining and leisure catch up with friends.

Requested staff to clean up. Cleaned up without single apologies or explanation. Staff wore the same pair of gloves from cleaning table, paying bills, serving dishes...almost everything she touches with the same pair of torn gloves...Won't recommend to go to this restaurant. Hygiene is an issue. Staff's attitude also can't be bother. Disappointed. Saw a lot of good reviews on the restaurant. End up it's over-rated.
L	Logan Chiam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy Shandong Dishes With A Fantastic View Of The Singapore River. Food is full of flavour and tastes authentic on top of that its super affordable. Standout are the hot and sour dumplings and the crispy red bean pancake! Service is efficient but be prepared to explain a lot if you don’t speak chinese. Good thing ordering is through an app/tablet in english so there’s no issues with the language barrier. Ambiance is of course top notch and views of the Singapore River. The Al Fresco area is surprisingly breezy and comfortable on a hot afternoon. Dining area is sufficient but I imagine it can get crowded so do come early or make a reservation. I can’y wait to come back!

Staffs were friendly and helpful but we can tell they were a bit short-handed on Friday night. They gave a free big apple for each table on Christmas Eve. So sweet of them!
