I recently bought an S21 and a screen protector. I was looking to buy a cheap cover and have someone apply the screen protector, and went to this shop. Already from the get go, the person attending to this (an middle aged looking man) didn't do a good job. He didn't wipe down the screen with a microfiber cloth to get rid of the dust, and he didn't properly align the screen protector. So the glass part of the screen protector was slightly jutting out. Afterwards, he put on the cover I was getting from him. The phone cover was designed such that it wrapped slightly around the edge of the phone. The phone cover pressed down on the part of the screen protector jutting out, creating bubbles underneath the screen protector. He then offered me two solutions to the problem he created in the first place - either I get another phone cover that was going to be more expensive than the first cover ($10) I was getting, or I get another screen protector that was vastly more expensive than the one I got ($10 vs $48). It is also worth mentioning that $48 was the cheapest option for their screen protectors. Granted, he discounted the screen protector from $48 to $38, but I still cannot help but feel that I have been scammed. What was suppose to be a $13 purchase ($10 from phonecase and $3 from applying the protector) turned into a $48 ripoff ($10 phonecase and $38 protector). Such scummy salesman tactics (selling a solution to a problem that you created) is absolutely predatory and unfair to consumers. I get that times are hard now with COVID, but this is no excuse to act this way. Don't buy from this place.
