Worst tailoring services, no dedication, dont go to this tailoring shop. wasted my 200$ costly dress, they spoiled the complete dress look. Very worst behavior.

Worst experience and it’s so expensive!! Took one month plus and messed my blouse!

Bed experience say one price and charge another price. Saying that it was a mistake. Service is bad and not worth the money.

No receipt provided, also overcharged for aari work without even confirming the charges with me. Additionally - never answers the phone, no matter how many times you call. Please beware. I regret using this place for my bridal blouse.

Ruined my saree blouse and overcharged. Lily express initially wanted 3wks to stitch the blouse which we accepted. On the day of collection, the blouse was incomplete and asked us to come back a week later, where I went back after 3days from their 2nd given date,( took 1month) and to my surprise the blouse was still not ready and to nightmare, they started to discuss with me on the type of buttons to stitch and requested to come back on next day, 3rd extension. I did tell them initially, that I had to travel all the way with an infant. 1. the blouse was ruined completely by stitching wrongly - design on the blouse was stitched upside down; 2. They overcharged me and did not want to reduce the price for incomplete and wrongly stitched blouse. They overcharged just for a neck pattern. 3. Worst, They used the blouse lining of different colors - used left over lining which is available in their shop. Horrible experience. Definitely not Recommending.

They've ruined expensive material of mine. Will not recommend. Go across the road to tekka market instead.

I approached a well-established tailor to sew my wedding blouse in June 2021 (wedding in December 2021). She delayed until the last minute and ended up refunding us as she was unable to sew our blouses on time. Not just my blouse (bride), but the tailor did not manage to sew my mother’s and my grandmother’s blouses on time. With only 3 weeks left to the wedding, I was panicking and approached Julie from Lily tailor. She assured me that she can sew the blouses for the 3 of us on time (in total, we gave her 5 blouses). She also sent 3 of our blouses to India to be sewn. As there were still strict Covid-19 restrictions affecting deliveries at that time, we were worried if the blouses would be able to reach us on time. True enough, Julie kept to her word, and delivered all 5 blouses to us on the exact date that she mentioned. My blouses were altered perfectly, no alterations were needed. The designs were remarkably gorgeous. Minor alterations were needed for my grandmother, which she did within the same day. We are so thankful for chancing upon Lily tailor and their impeccable service.
