Bought a digital lock from its dealer. Some board glitches, Hanman sends its service man, the next morning on a Saturday and replace the unit. Very reliable and professional service. Appreciate these level of service!

I bought Samsung digital lock from Hanman company. Didn't know they closed at 6pm on Sat. I arrived at the mall but couldn't find the office, the salesman name "Vel" was very obliging, he patiently waited for me. By the time i bought the lock & paid it was 715pm already. I felt very bad to have delayed him but Vel never once showed his unhappiness. My appreciation & compliments to him! The locksmith was also very pleasant, patient & professional. He's instruction about how to use the lock was clear. He did a wonderful job installing the lock. He was careful in taking care of the door & clean up the place when he finished. Will certainly recommend Hanman company to my friends. Keep up the good work!!

Customer service was really poor... Installation confirmed on 9Apr, we have to call multiple times then realised they didn't arrange at all, gave excuse saying miscommunication! Re-arranged again for installation on 14Apr, 5pm. Installation guy said delay to 6.30pm...we waited from 6pm to 6.45pm but didn't happened! Expedite again and being told will be here late...not sure what time? Are they going to install during night time? Called Customer Service, not helpful at all.Not sure if this is the way they handle Customer as they as appointed Seller? BAD EXPERIENCE?Not Recommended

Worst experience , waited for 2 hours and technician never turn up . More Importantly, Hanmen international could not reach their own technician and totally clueless where he is and why he never turn up . Can I put zero star ?!

We buy and update our Samsung doorlocks from Hanman International since 2008 and on 4 August 2021, we installed the DH537 in our flat. Their workmanship is good and the doorlock works well. Their installer, Ken, was thorough and ensured that we understood how the lock worked. We will continue to update our locks from Hanman.

Bought a digital lock 3 years ago. Changed my router and experience issues with adding new users. Kudos to Vinoth for the technical support. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Problem resolved with his help.

Not recommended. Avoid at all costs. They completed installation of the lock in the afternoon, we could not open the door at all that evening. We tried using the electronic card keys and the physical metal keys but it just cannot open despite multiple tries. Upon calling the main line after a few attempts, someone finally picked up the call. He was hostile, mentioned that the installation was not done by him but a third party contractor and told me to the contact the contractor (assigned by the company). He tried to push responsibility and was dismissive. We also tried to contact the sales and he/she was not helpful at all. Told us to contact the main line ! After much ding dong , we were still at a loss as the company did not seem to provide a solution. We were contemplating to call scdf (!) and even police . Eventually, the technical guy came down. During rectification, he mentioned some inner part is not replaced, wrong screws was used and alignment was out. The whole drama/ episode lasted nearly 4 hours when the lock was finally fixed. I won’t recommend them for sure.

Engaged them as I have been using their first generation digital door lock for many years and there have been no issues. So when I moved house, I called them 2 weeks in advance to book an installation date. A few days later called them again to confirm door lock model and realised they did not confirm my installation date at all and it was no longer available! Then finally came installation day and their contractor said both locks cannot be installed because there is not enough allowance to fit the locks and the brackets into both the gate and the door. Why wasn’t this requirement relayed to me when I was confirming the door lock model?! I feel sorry for the contractor uncle too for making a wasted trip and lugging all the equipments and materials up. Called back immediately and asked for the salesperson I spoke to but they don’t even know who she is! Like what other users said, there is no communication amongst themselves and no proper sales/after sales system in place too. Doesn’t help that Sheena whom I spoke to over the phone sounded rude and irritated at me and wasn’t the least bit apologetic. Such a pity that a high quality product by Samsung is marred by such bad service.
