So glad I found them!! Love this place. The ladies are friendly and genuine. They will recommend extra treatments and stuff but I guess it's part of their job, they will not get pouty or change their attitudes when you decline. That's what I like about this place. Great pampering and service. Was offered lemongrass pandan tea and chocolate. Relaxing massage chair. Can't get better than that!! Thank you, Vanessa! ??

Just finished having my nails done. It's my first time doing gelish manicure and is fabulous. Vanessa was very patient as I didn't know what design to choose. The completed work was fantastic and beautiful. In case some of you didn't know, this sslon used to be at Jem but was relocated to IMM a year ago. Please continue to support them

I like that they rly clear ur cuticle, unlike other manicure I nvr seen them cutting so much from my finger nails before. The one doing my pedicure is good and hardworking. The one that do my manicure attended to me when I asked for the price before entering. Soak off gel was expensive $20 each for fingernails and foot. The one doing my hand cut fast, looking skillfully, but few of the bottom skin of my finger nails peels days after, which I cut off myself. Not too sure the reason why. They suggested sea salt which staff doing my pedicure said was $3.7. The one doing my manicure convinced me to add saying it was just $3. Even though both said different things, I feel it was ok to add since it was much cheaper than other places which cost $10. Staff doing my manicure suggested sea salt for my hands as well but I rejected and they do not do hard selling which is great. When changing switch for the dryer and uv light, it seems like their extension wire caused a blackout. They on back the switch and wifi but computer system was down. But I saw the varying attitude of this one staff doing my manicure towards this customer who arrived 30mins before her appointment time and letting a customer last for 5mins wait while she commented to the other staff attending to the one with appointment first to do the one who entered first since this customer was late. Then what's the point of making an appointment. But I believe it's just that one staff. Everything was well as I'm done with my gel pedi and drying my classic mani. I paid and left. They are unable to print the receipt cuz the system was down. After leaving, I tot back about the bill again. I dunno how it works. $40 for soak off, 20+ for classic mani, 40+ for gel padi, $3 for sea salt. But my bill comes out to $139. Even with gst, it doesn't tally.

My 1st time trying out their spa paradiso trial at this place. I was nearby in Jurong East so wanted to kill 2 birds with 1 stone so i decided to make an appt. Vanessa and the other staff (fr China) did for me my hands and feet. I must say they are very friendly, positive and cheerful. Was offered tea, choc and had few rounds of massage on the chair that i sat on. They are not forceful in asking me to sign any packages and ask me to finish this trial before I decide. Overall, my impression is that they are pretty good...in terms of quality of service.

I got a mani-pedi package promo for $45.00 for a first time visit, I was treated with a massage chair while getting my mani pedi done. Offered complementary hot tea and chocolates as well. I felt like a queen! Vanessa and Joanne worked on me, and they were absolutely amazing! Didn't feel any poking or wounds at all. All my dry skin are now soft and removed. Vanessa saw one of my nails cracked and treated it with nail glue and a bandage. My nail looks brand new now! Love this so much and I'll come back again!

I went there for foot spa treatment at $49. Very nice and clean place.i was served with lemongrass tea and lovely chocolate. The staff were very professional too. My nails were done by Lindy. She is very friendly and patient. Her other colleague has also helped me with colors selection. Definitely NO hard selling and NO gimmicks. I was very relaxed there as compared to other nail salons elsewhere. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent service. I love that they did not hardsell in any way. The lady was also kind enough to come get me when i couldnt locate the store. Thank you and i will be booking my next pedicure soon.

The best pedicure i had by far! Great service from Agnes and Joanne. What i appreaciate is the relax setting of the spa with the massage chair etc and the 2 ladies letting us relax while the pedicure. There was less communication and no random chatting among themselves as well. The best part will definitely be the no hard selling and no gimmicks. I just have to tell them my issues and they recommend what is required. Finally found my perfect pedicure spa that i can go to without worrying that i have to keep rejecting hard selling promotions by the spa staff. Reasonable price package. By the end of the pedicure i felt really relax and clean smooth feet..what more can i ask for. Thank you Jas-Indulge Nail Spa @IMM
