Standard furniture n accessories store. Mid to high range pricing but there are sale items. Staff are helpful and informative. However not a wide range of styling available n quite limited pieces.

Great service from Staff Joseph, he is super patient and listen to what the customer really wants rather than just randomly selling. The delivery staffs also very polite and efficient. Although what I brought is pricer but for the quality and service including the delivery process i definitely would recommend.

Their after sales service is terrible … regret recommending them to friend and relatives who like our new purchase. We ordered a sofa set with electronic slider. The purchase was done during the covid period and boarder closure the delivery was somewhat delay which is unavoidable and understandable. Finally receive the item on 7Β Oct 2021 a defect Β was brought to their attention on 9 Dec 2021 … just abt 2-months for delivery .. the defect isΒ torn of black fabric due to the track edge that torn the black fabric under the seat when the electronic slider activate. They didn’t active update on the status , we have been chasing for update on the status on our defect feedback again due to board closure things slow down bcos the factory is in msia so no choice we waited patiently. Finally, we got an update in early June 2022 after persist follow up and visiting their outlet at IMM twice which we purchase from … but when the repair guys arrive we only get to know that their rectification is just to patch up the torn cloth …, if you know what I mean by patching I.e how some pple patch another piece of cloth over the torn area. Defiantly we do not accept this way of rectification … they they tell us that if insist they bring back the sofa to do a full repair only possible in the msia factory we need the sofa to be send back to msia for repair we need to pay for the transport cost & if we reject their guys who are here now to do the patch work and if we decide to do it later we need to pay for the re-engagement of their guys to do the rectification work .. so we are in a way being β€œthreaten” to accept this way of rectification even if it’s unacceptable to us. It’s really a terrible after sale experience we encounter so just want to share our experiences so that consumer can consider b4 committing your purchase with them.

Great service from Desmond and another lady colleague who helped me over the phone due to last minute delivery changes. The staff here are not pushy at all and recommend you suitable items according to your needs and budget. They are also polite and helpful and understand your constraints. Really pleasant experience. Will buy from them again if I have the chance!
