★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HAO Mart at Punggol 308C serves as a convenient point for groceries and household necessities.
Although it’s equipped with the essentials, don’t expect a huge selection due to the limited store size and inventory.
Service-wise it’s excellent and gives off a friendly neighborhood vibes. The staff are personable and chatty if you’re a regular.
Onto short-comings, it’s fresh products runs out quick so if you’re a late shopper, you might risk not having the daily items like bread or fresh meat / products.
Overall it serves the neighborhood well and provides great convenience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff are super friendly and nice, some always give a don’t care attitude. Since I stay in next block, very convenient, so I go hear often. Please ask your staff to follow some work place safely. Today one lady staff was running and pushing the trolley inside the store. I reacted quickly and jumped away from the way. Otherwise would have hit my legs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as much variety as Fairprice at Waterway point but sufficiently stocked for when you need to pick up just a few items. Herbs like mint are slightly cheaper here and they also sell cooking utensils.
