Li Li Cheng Supermarket - 273C Punggol Pl

The display areas were extremely dirty and disgusting! And their fruit baskets outside are the worst, looks so old and worn out. Imagine all the dirt and bacteria , super yucks... And they never wash the baskets. Don't come to this shop 0/10. NTUC , shengshiong more professional and clean. Theirs staffs inside the shop aren't friendly either. None of them bothered to smile at any customers, everyone had a black face, so unprofessional! The only friendly staff was standing outside the shop doing temperature screening, the young lady would smile and greet every SINGLE customers that walked in. That's serious dedication. And it's not right to let a lady stand! The boss is a goondu that doesn't know how to set up a chair for her to sit. Moreover, it's not a great experience there, their price rates are way more expensive than others. It's obvious to see that the boss/manager can't even handle their staffs well , lousy service.

Located near the Punggol bus interchange, it's a decent sized sundry mart that caters to general needs. Some of the isles are narrow hence it can be a squeeze if the place is crowded.

Nothing much to describe, only buy what is needed. Items quite expensive, maybe due to rental. Quite convenience, but limited items .

I went to Li Li Cheng at Punggol to collect my parcel from Lazada today. The lady (I think her name is Angeline) was very rude, simply pointed finger and asked us to go find our own parcels at the back with frustration, all the time her eyes were glued to her handphone?!?!? After this event, I do not think I will use their service as collection point. Hopefully her boss can see this review and help to improve her attitude.

Went to Li li cheng supermarket this morning, went around and can't seem to find the rose syrup at its usual place , Asked a staff nicely to (auntie with specs) "Sorry may I know where is the rose syrup?". She just rudely say, "Dont know! See yourself la!) what kind of a reply is that? If I knew, I wouldn't have asked right? What's the use of working there but not knowing where things are? At the very least,you can reply me in a more polite manner. Such a spoiler to a good morning I plan to have. Bad experience.

I have a shopee parcel to collect which is due for collection today and it’s the final day to collect but your staff can’t even help out and deliberately ignored when just wanting to collect the parcel. Who is going to be responsible when my items gets sent back due to the deadline of collection - with staff in the shop yet they choose to ignore us? We just want to let your team know we are utterly disappointed with the kind of service you have provided and will no longer choose to patronise Li Li Cheng and let people know about the kind of service your team has provided so that many more can avoid sending their parcels to Li Li Cheng Supermarket (also known as Chap He Diam) to avoid disappointment and subpar customer service from your staff. If I could give zero star, I would.

Cen get the things I needed for cooking conveniently most of the time. Cons are their packaged products are either already rotting / moldy on the shelf or tends to spoils less than a week. So please only buy what you need to use, if not you will be wasting your money.

I like going to this store once in a while, though its a small local store, they have most of what you need. They have good variety of fruits and they even have a few filipino items. Its also next to NTUC Food Center which is very convenient.
