I ordered Turbo cooker hood metal filters online and after they were delivered, I realized it was the wrong model and could not fit. A lady, Sim, was very helpful and helped me check for the correct model. At first they told me to bear the delivery fees but I told them in the first place, I had called them before ordering online and that model was given by one of their colleagues. Sim kindly waived off the charges and even shared a video with me on how to clean the filters. Clarice delivered the correct filters to our place and also ensured that they fit correctly. I'm impressed with their service recovery. Good job!

I'm ready to shift to a another unit in my complex so decided to contact Happiness (Pte) Ltd as I want to replace all the kitchen appliances in the new unit. Simple. Well...not at all. Called the number and talked to the receptionist and after having to repeat myself multiple times and explaining that I want to buy all the appliances from them. Nothing...I asked to speak to a sales person and was told no. No explanation or clarity as to why not. Business really must be fantastic that they can afford to turn away new business. Must be great. I don't understand when a customer calls looking to replace all kitchen appliances a vendor would simply say no when asked to speak to a sales person. The good news is...there are plenty of other businesses that will gladly take my money to replace all kitchen appliances. Will never contact them again. Useless!

Came here to purchase the charcoal filter for my Turbo hood and experienced very pleasant, sincere and genuine service by Mr Yap. He provided me with practical advise on how to maintain my hood for long term use. Thumbs up! ??

One of the worst product ever brought. I purchased turbo hood last year. In a period of 18 months the auto ignition failed 6 times. No jokes. I am tired of fixing it every time. Never going to buy again.

Turbo Italia distributor for Audiohouse. My hood cover arrived damaged. Hasn't been installed yet. I had to call repeatedly to chase them. Eventually, they told me they have no stock for replacement, and offered to replace it with a different colour cover instead for a $94.16 charge.

Horrible service after sales purchase, bought turbo hob. Told them that we will need to replace, extend the pipe and hose as we had shifted our original hob place to another new location. But they insisted not to help us install them, despite saying that we will pay the extra charges as stated in their services. The staff just ignore and said no, deliver the hob and left. As a result of this we couldn't cook for days! Never going to this company again, whereas other company are willing to help us change the appliances and install the hob for us. I will never recommend this company to any friends. Highly not recommended. Due to that, I had to call up other company to help us change , and they are so willing to help us with the appliances-pipes, etc and they are willing to help us do so as well as installing the hob for us.

very bad service after sales purchase. l bought turbo hob and hood on 22 April 2021. Told them that the fire came out was so red fire. The technician just tell me it is red fire. l told them last time l use this turbo for 20yrs that there is no problem. He just ignore and rude too. If l know that their service is so bad , l should buy other brand not to make me so headache. ln future will not buy this brand also advise friends not to purchase this brand too. If can, l do not want to even click one star at all :(

Bad experience. The cooker unable to ignite after 1 frying. Need to cool down for 45mins to an hour before able to proceed to cook another dish. This continued for 5 years thinking that this is a safety feature. Finally it failed to ignite for 2 days recently. Called them, technician came and immediately changed an AA battery within seconds. I was charged $75. This could be highlighted over the phone & I saved $75. They could have charged for the transport only since no servicing done. This is overcharging. I am not happy on the product & services provided. Don't deserve any star. Horrible!!
