โ โ โ โ โ Received a badly dented and dusty box from a delivery guy that didn't put up his mask. It seems someone threw the box on the dirt and step on it with full strength.
The items inside the parcel are all damaged as shown in the images.

โ โ โ โ โ Received an sms asking if I will be home to delivery parcel from Merchant x. I said I never ordered from Merchant X, then tells me actually it is Merchant A. I said yes I ordered from Merchant please just come since I have been waiting for this parcel for 2 weeks. Courier never replied nor answered my SMS and doesnt pick up phone. Called hotline. All possible numbers here in the SG office. Go round and round in circles with the phone bot but never connect me to actual human being. CJ Logistics! Do you live in a world where you dont read your customer reviews? it is consistently terrible and you still operate and behave your business in this function. Now, whenever I order from a merchant I asked who they use, if they say Kerry Logistics (ie CJ), i dont order from them. This is the 2nd time in 3 years i used had to engage with your company. Three years ago, I wrote a review and 3 years later still terrible service. There is NO service excellent in this company. Terrible. All merchants, please do not use them. BTW, i still havent received my package it has been 1 month now.

โ โ โ โ โ I got several text notification that my order via online platform would be delivered within the day & I got a list of CJ reference number which I was unable to tell it beings to which orderโฆ
Only 1 item was received so I tried calling their hotline and it rang forever without anyone answering the callโฆ. The online contact form is not user friendly at s
I waited till 6.30pm but the rest of the items didnโt appear then later around 7pm plus I received โunsuccessful deliveryโ textsโฆ.
All these can be avoided if there is someone responding to calls, if items are sorted according to address (not to send to office address after 6pm unless delivery rep gives a call in advance)โฆ.
Effort to review the current process flow is needed in order to save time / manhours / petrol cost etcโฆ

Terrible delivery service! My elderly mother (from our window) informed the female delivery person a few times to wait while I was in the bathroom putting on my mask so that I could open the main door.
I took about 3 mins to put on a mask and rush to the door. When I opened the door, I saw that she had the parcel and walked to the lift. I had to shout to call her back and return it.
I was really upset and questioned why she left with the parcel.
She gave the MOST ridiculous reason for taking the parcel with her: "I thought you didn't want it" !!!
The goods in the parcel were already PAID for, the ADDRESS and recipient (on the parcel) are CORRECT, but the buyer, me, didn't want it??!!!!
CJ, please educate your delivery personnel on the correct SOP!!
Otherwise, it's a very STRESSFUL experience for your customers!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst logistics company ever dealt with, received SMS alerts for 4 consecutive days that the parcel will be delivered that day but later received notification delivery failed on same day.
Today check Lazada status indicated item delivered but in actual I didn't receive the item, tried calling CJ Logistics numerous attempts but nobody answering the calls.
Lousy logistics provider, don't even deserve one star rating!!!

โ โ โ โ โ What do you mean by bad weather??? From 9am -7pm cannot deliver one parcel?? Seriously??? On the tracker it shows you're just 10mins walk away from my home and then show bad weather???

โ โ โ โ โ Had a couple of deliveries from them. In all honesty, never had any issues. Parcels always delivered on time n at a decent hour. Don't think some of the reviews here has done the company justice. Could b just a few black sheeps like any other logistics companies.

โ โ โ โ โ I did not received my package and the tracking indicated delivered! Thereโs a proof for photo but it canโt open when I clicked on it! This is the worst logistic company i have ever come across and I will not use even if the rate is dirt cheap!!
The management of CJ Logistic should seriously take a look at all these negative comments and improve on their service quality or they can just sit in the office and simply ignore it. E-commerce company should terminate the service with CJ Logistic if they refused to improve on their service quality!
