★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not sign up for any lessons with them. We renewed our classes with them with 2 classes left. The first lesson of the new term is supposed to be on 07 Aug but subsequently, Singapore went into HA so there wasn’t any classes which we were fine with. But after the reopening they stopped our classes and forced us to convert to private classes as higher cost. They have chosen to add classes that is more profitable for them but refuse to honor their commitment to students who have paid full fees nor agree to refund when they couldn’t fulfill their end of the contract. Tricia who spoke to me couldn’t make any discussion and the “management” refuse to call me to resolve. They keep giving templated answer with no intention to resolve. Likely hoping to run away from refunding if they cease to operate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the teaching approach. Very detailed curriculum. Teacher Kay is a very patient, cheerful and encouraging swim coach. He takes the time to explain the rationale behind his teaching strategies and encourages bonding between parent and child. My 4.5 months old daughter is not afraid of submersion because of his gentle approach. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach Eric is awesome with my daughter. Happy to see her enjoy his classes. Note that the car park doesn't accept Ezlink card. I had to borrow nets flashpay card from a nice kind couple to exit the car park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this branch of happy fish as when u are sitting outside u can still look into ur child having their session(unlike the bukit timah one). We have coach coulson and he is very good with our child who can be a bit "over-enthusiastic" and us as parents who may lack the confidence to work with our child in water. Might be pricey compared to others but worth it for the indoor pool thats means no disruptions to lesson due to weather.

With much patience and smile, even it is tough, they always encourage us and teach us. Specially thanks to Coach Joseph and my Coach Brandon. We will keep our best to learn from you always. And very good staff always reply your inquiries any time. And assist on your urgency needed. Thanks :)
