go anywhere but here , problems from beginning to end with a company that couldn't be anymore of a scam .

Be careful renting a room from this company, until today they never return my deposit back. The manager Ben ignoring my text and calls and never make any attempt to at least pay it back on installment basis. I have filed claim to SCT to try get my deposit back and the excess payment that i gave them for utility.

Never return the rent deposit after more than 1 year. Going to sue the company. Be careful not to rent from this company.

I lived at Happy Residence for about 9 months. I will start with the WORST PART: he didn't give back the deposit to me as well as any of my roommates. We had to file a case with Small Court Tribunals, and he returned the money only on the day of hearing, without showing up. I know at least 5 people who left the country, and never got back the deposit. Beware about this company. They will never return your deposit unless you drag them to the court. The manager never informed if he is visiting or bringing people for viewing. This was very annoying because there was no privacy. He came several times a week without any heads-up. Also, he changed/removed furnitures, light bulbs, kitchen utensils etc. without our consent. We complained several times but no use. I was also not informed that there were 2 cleaning ladies also living in the flat. They used the main kitchen, and all the other utilities, and we have to pay the bills for them as well. Sometimes, other tenants from the next flat just came in our flat and use things, without information. In short it was not at all a Happy Residence!
