They didn’t allow the use of fave voucher which is still on sale in fave as of writing this review.
We planned to go in May and they confirmed our time-slot but later the night informed us fave voucher not applicable for usage, the promotion is over. Request us to cancel the fave voucher and book with them under discounted price of $15 less.
It’s frustrated that it was confirmed earlier and change later. Despite they offer discount, but it already ruin the mood to play. Also, we did informed them that we have some unable to cancel voucher, but they still insist the promotion is over even within validity date.
It’s a disappointing preplanning experience.
