This are one of the best Chinese hotpot buffet in Singapore. I would recommend my friends to visit this place. Price are reasonable. The soup are not fantastic however the foods are fresh. For my own opinion is the watermelon ? are cut into small pieces which are very small, must well don't serve it. I suggest to change it to orange or others like can cocktail fruits.

Today 10/6/22 tried this lousy hot pot with my friends. Food is very normal nothing especial. Service very bad! Where to find buffet dessert (ice cream) can take one only? And the best part upon payment uncle on the cashier any how ask if the card we are using hot money inside.? I don’t recommend this place at all. Money is not worth.

The food is very well marinated for grilling, and very thin sliced for hotpot. Good combination of fatty and lean meat. Meat was good quality. Able to pick most ingredient yourself via the open fridge. Condiments are free. Ice cream is complimentary at the counter after finishing your food. Used a 1 for 1 (~$75 discount) from Burpple and ended up at $30 per pax after the discount including soup base and beers/drinks. Service could be improved though, very short-staffed, and the staff was not familiar with the discounts and promotions given out from the likes of Burpple (i heart eatigo has discount too) I loved their mando pop music selection.

there are variety of choices for the hotpot! there are also wide choices for soup base which I like it a lot! my favourite is where you can bbq the chicken and there is one marinated chicken that I like it a lot! it tastes damn good different from other restaurants that I have tasted! the chicken was the best I have tasted in my life than the rest! so I really strongly recommend!! there are lots of sauces for me to choose so this place is really good! the service is very good too! the staffs are so friendly and kind! the staffs keep taking care of us asking if we need any help or anything can call them anytime.

Great service. Food is above average. Able to pick most ingredient yourself via the open fridge. Ice cream is complimentary. Super cheap if manage to snag a 50% off eatigo. But discount doesn't apply to soup base which is about $4-5 per soup. Overall pricing should should range from $17-19 per pax after the discount. Highly recommended!

Had dinner on a Friday night here with a group of 5, wait time was minimal, price was cheap for a steamboat buffet but there was a 50 percent off promotion. Soup base was nice and authentic, food options was decent. Takes credit card payments. The 2 stars deducted due to the noisy environment (next to a open air gym class) and lacking of service.

Chanced upon this place while at GR.iD during weekday afternoon 2+. Saw promo sign board at door $20/pax for BBQ+Hotpot. It's 2 shops (other sells mainly grill fish) combined in 1 premise just different sitting area. Decent range of food for the price. Marinated chicken, beef and pork for BBQ is ??. Not so much for the hotpot meat. Offers flower crab, bamboo clam and prawns for hotpot other than some veg (Forgotten to take photo sadly). 1 staff serving us (mentioned manager would tell her off if she didn't do so) and 2 other staff (one each time) would come over and adjust our BBQ temperature saying the meat would burn ? we only increased it at start as it was not hot enough to cook anything and we're really hungry. Reduced it thereafter. Free flow of sauce too. Just inform the staff. Location - Near Bencoolen train station / slightly further from Dhoby Ghaut. Food - Bbq meat well marinated. Soup based was ok but not fantastic. Price - Weekday lunch, $20++/pax for 90 mins BBQ and hotpot including soup base. Service - Being the only table at 2.30pm on weekday only 1 person mainly serving us but not might not always to be to get her. Room for improvement.

First time having a ChongQing style hotpot. Went for their $12.80 ++hotpot lunch set which includes 1 meat and single serve all you can eat vegetable platter (excludes mushrooms/tofu) which is assembled by the service staff picking your selections from the chiller. Set comes with rice/noodles too. Requested for their signature spicy broth at Level 1 (most spicy at Level 5) which was really punchy (red hot chilli oil, pepper seeds, chilli, other spices) and flavorful .. but one can consider requesting a much milder heat level if not accustomed to very spicy broth. There is an ala carte menu of additional hotpot ingredients if more food is preferred. Pleased with the fresh and lean lamb shabu shabu slices, sliced chicken ala carte plate and fresh vegetables. Service staff lady Miss JY was attentive and struck a lovely conversation. Tissue pack provided. I was there at 2pm, nice and quiet time to have a meal. I actually enjoyed my first visit to the restaurant, exceeded my expectations.
