β β β β β Truly a one stop experience. The aunty was kind enough to help me with all my DIY needs. Paint were cheaper compared to other retail and online shop. Highly recommended shop if you are not familiar with all the items that you need. They have everything you need.

β β β β β I used to like this place very much. Been coming here since they were in Teck Whye. Unfortunately, ever since they shifted to the current place, the service has gone down the drain. Especially from the newer staff. They doesn't seem to be keen to help at all. The only staff that is very helpful and sincere, is the middle aged man. He has been in the establishment since they were in Teck Whye. Wouldn't want to waste my time coming here unless necessary. Oh, I almost forget. The staff expect customers to put on mask, but they themselves do not don their mask fully. And these are from the newer and younger staff.

β β β β β Wide range of diy tools n household items. Lots of staffs on site to assist. Price of some items cost a lot more than other stores or online. Overall good experience and to be able to get most stuff at one location

β β β β β Bought from their online store, to self collect at Choa Chu Kang and was told that I would be notified once my items are ready for collection/out of stock. Waited for 2 weeks but never got a notification. Called their online hotline for days but no one answers, called their CCK branch a couple of times and everyone who picks up the phone tells you they will check and call back but no one ever does, for a whole week straight.
Items already paid for but till today still unaccounted for. Avoid at all costs.

β β β β β Just bought my Sketchers safety shoes here. Was going to order online but thought I should buy local. As it turns out, they have them! They don't carry the half sizes and the Wide options but I was able to get my size. Pricing is competitive too. Friendly staff adds fo the whole experience.

β β β β β I dropped by this store today at 4+ was disappointed that I had to improvise my design as I couldn't find the necessary size for my watering and food system for my chickens. Asked several of the staffs and counter staffs that mentioned it's all on display. Got the joint parts, went to get the PVC piping and that's when I got a pleasant surprise. The Malaysian male staff that assisted with the cutting of my PVC Pipes had a small chat with me on the unusual sizing and I mentioned my situation briefly to him. That's when he took the extra step to help me check in the back and got all the parts that I wanted. I failed to catch his name but his assistance genuinely made my day ?
This is the type of staff that you would definitely want more of ?

Tried calling to check if the store is open and the woman that answered my call kept hanging up the phone when I asked if question and the 7th times called she answered by saying βWHATβ?! Then she hang up the phone again. Worst customer service ever!!! I prefer when it was in Teck Whye! Iβm a regular customer there. If only thereβs other choices I could go to around my area I wouldnβt want to ever shop here! Rude girl need to be educate and learn etiquettes! But the middle age man there is helpful and friendly but not the younger ones.
