Great bar but when they use a QR ordering system the staff have to actually serve the drinks. Waited 10 minutes and had to go in twice to check if they had receive my order, which kind of defeats the object of online ordering. Witnessed the same on other tables and one man just walked out. Plenty of staff just little service of drinks. Beer was nice though when it finally arrived. Place is clean and tidy. Staff are nice just need to be a little more customer service focused.

We went to your outlet at Dempsey 27 nov 2021, 8 pm to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We spent around $110 and told the waiter that it is my friend's bday and if there is a complimentary birthday desert. The waiter looked at us with a little surprise and said “if you want we can give it to u lah”. i said thank you. If you don’t normally give free desserts for birthday, which is ok but the response was rude. In the end he never bother to bring it and we left unhappy. We will never return because the food was bad too.

Lovely spot for drinks at reasonable prices with accompanying finger food to while the evening away.

food was good! the bacon&mushroom pasta noodles were a bit hard but the aglio olio was tasty. love the truffle fries! staff were friendly

Service was good, food was also nice. We ordered steak and egg, the steak was good, the burger was great. But they need to take attention to their toilet.

Accommodative staffs, as we ask for chicken ONLY for all food, manage to get a nice juicy chicken burger, nachos was yummy . Chicken wings marvellous. Drinks were equally good too! Spacious…

Located within Dempsey Hill which isn't the most accessible but Harry's is right in the middle of restaurants in Dempsey and they are pet friendly if you dine outdoors which has limited tables. I have to point out their floor crew are polite, easygoing and helpful. They will always serve you with a smile but perhaps in different moments in a day they will be short of staff, causing a delay in their quality of service. I understand they are more of a sports bar than a restaurant and the reason for this rating is their food. I ordered 3 dishes, firstly the Tom Yum popcorn chicken which is dry on he inside and hard on the outside with it tasted like taken out of a Tom Yum maggie mee, secondly is their Cabonata being plain but creamy, lastly would be the grilled fish with their fish not marinated at all and tasted as bland as a thawed fish right out of a chiller. The price for these dishes are not proportional to the taste you'd expect. I would recommend this place if you're getting a drink or chilling out but if you're looking for a good meal, you would have better luck looking elsewhere.
