Harvey@Millenia is spacious. My husband and I were checking out their kitchen appliances for our new place on a weekend morning. We were being served by one of their staff, Jasmine from Coffee and Cooking section. We were very impressed with her knowledge on all the products and her patience too. In the end, we bought all the kitchen appliances (Smeg Hob, Hood, Steam Oven, Microwave Oven, Bosch Fridge, Miele dishwasher and Vintec Wine Chiller. Till now, she is still helping us to follow up with our outstanding delivery requests. If anyone out there who is heading to Harvey@Millenia to buy kitchen appliances, you may look for Jasmine.

I visited the Harvey Norman Flagship store here in Millenia Walk. Huge, huge electronic store with lots of varieties. Staff very helpful and assisted with my laptop purchase very quickly and efficiently. They even offered me to take a sit on the sofa in a display section while they took care of my purchase. I was impressed and will make a return trip!

Went to the Millenia Walk store yesterday & was served by Mr Reon, Whirlpool Salesman, & he was very patient, friendly & helpful in explaining to me the new 10.5 kg Washer & I finally bought it from him willingly & happily. There's no hard selling or pressure at all. I also like to thank Miss Rose Nguyen for helping me to arrange to send the Washer to my house the next day (morning slot). Both staff are very friendly & helpful throughout my purchase at their store. Amazing staff. They should be a "Role Model" for all the staff to follow. Your boss is very blessed to have both of you in his company. Hopefully your boss & Higher Authority will have a chance to read this "Awesome Review". Impeccable service!!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you very much Mr Reon & Miss Rose Nguyen for your great help. Both of you are definitely The Best. ?????

Pre-ordered a pretty unique Laptop from them on the 22nd of Jan 2022 during an MSI 12th Gen Launch Roadshow. The laptop is a MSI GE 76 12UHS-244SG with the following specs: Intel® Core™ i9-12900HK Processor NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3080 Ti Laptop GPU (16GB) DDR5-4800, 64GB (32GB*2) 2TB NVMe SSD 17.3" UHD, 120 Hz I really want to leave a product review but their online site does not list this model so I am going to write this here in hopes that someone actually reads this some day. As this is the store review, the stars will reflect the store's rating and the first part will be about the store and the experience with them. Pre-ordering the unit required a down payment of 10% of the unit price, and they will give you an ETA but will not contact you till your product has arrived and if you want any updates, you will have to call them. Calling is a pain and a pure gamble if they pick up the phone or it auto hangs up at random intervals. The loop of "Go Harvey Norman Go" non-stop will make you wanna throw your phone. If you miss their call, good luck calling back to find out what they called you about. If you get through it is normally let me check or I will call you back as soon as possible and normally creates more frustration as nothing is resolved. On rare occasions, there would be a person who really knows what to do and will help you resolve your issues but this is pure RNG. I had one such person pick up my call and she helped to resolve my issue with the new laptop. She escalated my issue and the sales person, Chin Boon, contacted me personally later that day. They do follow Lemon Law so a 1 to 1 exchange was arranged as it was still within 7 days of purchase but I had to wait till the end of the month to get the replacement. A week later my laptop died so I asked if a full refund was possible so that I could buy another laptop instead of waiting but Chin Boon said that it was not possible as my unit is a special order. We came to a middle ground of waiting for a week before he would escalate the matter. The unit did come within the week and the exchange was fuss free. Chin Boon took the defective unit with all the packaging, checked the SN number and handed me the new unit to check and I went off 5 minutes later with the new unit. Overall, the only thing that I wish Harvey Norman could do better is the call center but other than that, I really have not much to complain. Now the product review. The cost of the unit is absurdly high at SGD 7799 and as a reference, a HP ZBook Fury G8 with a i9-11900H, RTX A5000 (16GB), 32GB DDR4-3200 and 1TB NVMe SSD, 15.6" UHD, 120 Hz be customized and bought at around SGD6500. The RTX A5000 is the highest mobile Quadro workstation card so it is way more expensive then a mobile RTX 3080. For that amount of money, you would expect the unit to be running perfectly but sadly it did not. Within the first night, the laptop BSODs into a boot loop which required a reflash of the OS. Subsequently, the unit would randomly BSOD with driver state errors even though I updated every driver possible and the laptop was constantly plugged in. The laptop had all the power limits removed in BIOS which is nice but sadly, it seems like the cooling could keep up. I had to undervolt by -0.105V for core and cache before the random BSODs stopped. I think the most funny thing was hearing all fans go to max when you open Edge with 1 tab to trying to download Chrome. MSI released a new firmware and Windows Updater picked it up and pushed it though without me knowing. The result was after a restart all fans kicked to max and 5 seconds later, silence, a black screen and a really hot laptop. Battery reset button did nothing. The replacement unit was a lot better but it still ran hot and still BSOD once before I went back to undervolting it. This time it was -0.1455V core and -0.0801V cache. The laptop will still turbo itself to hell but at least when it thermal throttles, you get higher clock speeds. I think MSI done everything that they could but sadly the outcome is still rather disappointing.

Great sales service and after sale service from all the staff at this outlet. If you're lucky, you will meet very experienced sales staff who share their honest opinions on certain electronic goods, giving you an objective overview of the pros and cons before making an expensive investment. I've purchased quite a few electronic goods there and with their extended warranty, exchanges are quite straight forward when done online and exchanged in store.

Wow, the quality of the showroom, it’s displays, and furniture! I can 100% say this is not reflective of “Harvey Norman” in australia; it’s much better than Australia. Such a shame - as the Australian group has horrible furniture options; whilst this flagship store has some really really polished stuff. What’s weird is they stocked Lazboy chairs next to really classy furniture … it stood out like a sore thumb.

One of THE BEST TECH OR DIGITAL shop(especially this branch) in central area of Singapore. The best part of this branch is its very spacious, having all type of items, and EVERY CUSTOMERS are attended respectfully and immediately. One of the finest person in that shop is Mr. Alvin. He is very much attentive and customer friendly. Understand the cusomer requirements and based on that he shows the items. Also, they deals given to customers such as discounts and recommendations are really useful. I won't visit any other tech or digital shops anymore. I very strongly recommend to visit this shop. I bought a MSI gaming laptop, hard disc. I got that for the best price on that day. When I visited that shop, there was a lucky draw conducted. Fortunately, I got a gamming key board and mouse in the lucky draw. ☺️ Its worth for buy digital items there.
