Commune furnitures are of great quality and design. Love the timeless design of the Geormani sofa. Immaculate design and finishing of the House shelf, just what I was looking for.

Bought a sofa but somehow the colour that was inputed on the sales order form was incorrect and I didn't spot it. Staff couldn't do anything about it so I am stuck with an expensive sofa in a wrong colour

Low quality, overpriced and poor sales service. Spent several thousands to get a dining table and chairs. This became our biggest nightmare —— the stuff they delivered is super low quality. Tbh, it looks totally different from the stuff we saw in the showroom. Not to mention about how poor the after sales service is. I feel ikea’s quality and after sales are far more better than them. I doubt myself why I spent my salary on this. Very sad.

A late review–Bought a Dahlia sofa from them in March 2020. When it was delivered, we noticed that there was a stale stench. Washed all cushion covers and frebrezed everything multiple times, but the smell has never gone away. Feathers kept poking out of the cushions too. Emailed them but they never responded.

Got a sofa from their Volta range. Loving it lots. Plush and comfortable, styling is one of a kind. Service at the Millenia Walk store was top notch and after sales was just as good and prompt when I need something replaced.

I made a few purchases from Commune (Millenia Walk), mostly decorative items. The staff was attentive but the quality of certain products have to be improved especially this Rae Vase (Dark Grey). The product was bought in Dec'21 and has been wrapped in bubble wrap for months until I took it out recently (Jun'22) for display. After just merely two weeks on display, I encountered the paint coating came off when it was cleaned with just cloth and water. Furthermore, the surface of the vase has this bubble-popped-up defect. I've contacted Commune to check with them what actually went wrong with their product and perhaps they should look into the painting process or the quality of paint, but their reply seemed like placing the blame on the consumer. If regular gentle wiping and cleaning to remove dust would cause such defect, then the quality of the product obviously has some underlying issues. At this price point, I would expect this vase could last for at least a year or two but it deteriorates just 6 months after purchase or only 2 weeks on display. Based on the way they handled this matter, they seem overly confident of the quality of their products. I wouldn't consider to make any purchase from them anymore as quality improvement might not happen so easily in this organisation.

Visited Commune recently and was very impressed with the product knowledge and the excellent service provided by their staff. She was able to recommend furniture and alternatives based on my needs. The staff was very patient and wasn't pushy. The sofa set we subsequently bought was delivered promptly, the quality is awesome and we never regret making the purchase.
