I visited this branch last week to print some photos. When I was there at 12 noon, I was told that the photo kiosk staff was on MC due to a positive ART test for that day. The branch manager Sam Soh came and see me and informed me that he has rostered another staff to come to the branch to take over the duty. As he didn't know when the staff was able to reach the branch, he has suggested that I come back another day instead. As I was already there, I have asked whether the staff will arrive around 1-1:30pm? he told me likely. Then I went for lunch and came back around 1pm. Sam met me again and helped to call the staff to check how soon she will reach the branch. All these time Sam has kept me informed and also arranged for me to wait at a comfortable place. When the staff arrived at 1:30pm, Sam ensured that my print job received priority and also gave me a discount. I was very impressed by Sam's personalized service despite this was a small photo print job and he is the branch manager. The quality of the print was excellent and the price for the print was very good as well. Highly recommended and thank you Sam for your excellent service as a branch manager!

Our entire Dakota Breeze neighbourhood Group Buy was serviced by Wei Xiong and his team since early 2021. He has been extremely patient with us and never fails to answer our questions with a smile. Harvey Norman is lucky to have such an employee. We are very impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile in his job.

Staff are friendlier , customer service oriented n far better than Best Denki who will not hesitate to say they are short-handed n very busy so can't entertain to demonstrate each product but Harvey Norman staff can.

Title: Harvey Norman cheated my husband and myself. My husband and myself bought a LG fridge few years back, side to side door. I was offered by Harvey Norman Experience Sales person to take up product care package to cover for the fridge just in case if any issue with the fridge after the assesment done by LG Tech, Harvey Norman will provide 1 to 1 exchange without question ask and if similar product is not available, they will provide alternative product of the same value or almost simliar to the product we bought. So my husband and myself bought the package. After we have been using it quite sometime, we having issues with fridge. The LG Tech did came down several times. But the issue re-curred again. Last year, LG Tech came down to carry out assesment. This assesment will be forward to Harvey Norman Product Care according to the Teachnician. However, Product Care did not do any follow up. They keep quiet. Just recently, we encountered again. It is a repeated issue. My husband called Product Care to report it. My hushband told them about the assesment done last year. What is the outcome. The only good thing Harvey Norman is good at Apologise and blamed the LG Technician did not submit the report. Harvey Norman Product Care did not take any ownership for follow not being done by them. So they engaged LG Technician to come down to my house. The LG Technician was nice to us. He did an assesment for us to be filed for Harvey Norman Product Care to follow up. Within two days, my husband called Harvey Norman Product care to check on the issue. Like always, apologised and they said will escalate the issue to relevant team and will get in two days. The did not get back to us. My husband called them again. They apologised again no one called. This time Harvey Norman Product Care staff was rude to my husband. They did not provide 1 to 1 replacement. The only give credit of $1.100 and they said my husband need to go to Harvey Norman outlet to purchase it using the credit. My husband told them the agreement when we took the product care package is 1 to 1 and not credit to purchase another one. The price of the side by side door is above $1.100. Harvey Norman Product care push the matter to insurance company who only give said credit. Today, 27.4.2020 my husband called them again as they did not call us to keep us update. Harvey Norman product care very rude during the conversation as my husband said their staff raised her voice at him. Still they did not solve the issue. No outcome. They said they will escalate the issue even after my husband told them that we need the 1 to 1 replacement as per their promised during we purchased the fridge and our Hari Raya is coming soon in few days. Going forward, Harvey Norman did not keep their promise to their customer who happen to be my husband and myself. So many questions asked. So many pushing here and there. They did not solve the issue. Not even follow up updates from them. No courtesy at all. We feel like being cheated by Harvey Norman. Is this the Standard Harvey Norman is setting for their Customer? Their moto CustomerFirst, where has this moto goes to? Rude Staff. No compassion at all especially when our Hari Raya is coming soon. The only good Harvey Norman good at is Aplogised and not keeping their sales promise. Very very poor service. Cannot be trusted!!!

Highly recommend looking for Bryan when you're shopping there. Bryan is very knowledgable about the products and shared so much information with me that helped in my purchase. He has also provided super excellent customer service and has gone the extra mile countless times. I've also interacted with a few other staff and they're all very helpful and friendly. Overall, shopping at HNPP has been a very pleasant experience.

Great support staff that are there to Assist you. Great knowledge of their products to help you. Pretty good range of products to meet your needs. Great Pricing & payments policies are there for you. Even when we were not able to Get the Fridge that we wanted, their Customer's were there to search and recommended us an equivilant one and at an even lower price. ThAts SERVICE.

We bought a Multi Door Fridge from Harvey Norman and the sales person that attended to us was Bryan. He was patient to explain everything to us and his product knowledge is very very good. I have to commend him for his after sales service too. Despite being overseas he came back to ensure the change of delivery date was in order for me and even move a very fridge just to show the side where the power cord is for me to plan my carpentry. Highly recommended to shop at Harvey also, Bryan is the person to look for to answer your queries.
