No-one answers phone calls. And bad service these days. Bad experience. Shirts send for alterations for a week now with no update.

This one shop has some great collection and awesome discount. They have T-shirts for even $10. Conveniently located . Big shop with everything in 1 floor. Linen collections are more here. Currently they have very good sale going on

Bought their bread n next day when I open it’s all mouldy. V disappointed. Bought 2 packets all the same. Created so much issues in the mrg when it’s supposed to be packed for kids school lunch box n breakfast!??

This store is a shocker and in urgent need of organisation, training and leadership. The cashier was understaffed with only 1 inexperienced (temp!) staff who had to stepped into the office or ask ground floor staff with transaction for several purchases. This caused a long line at the cashier. The service by the more experienced staff is rude when asked if they have shoe boxes for the heels . The clothes (collection range) were packed inside out. This experience and service makes the brand looks and feels cheap. I overheard confusions of rosters in the change room among staff, and staff are packing shelves and blocking customers access to pick up food items in the aisle., and deliveries were handed at the solo cashier. This just a mess.. And the in store offers where you have to download an app for discount is misleading. It’s for the next purchase and few customers were caught out. If I knew , I would have separated my purchases I always visit this store whenever I am in the area but the service has deteriorated to an appalling state. I may do my shopping online now.
