O	Oscar Koh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequent the pool. The place ain't too bad, slightly pricey. Can't bring own drinks and food there. The staff did accidentally off my table lights for a good 10mins or so but everyone makes mistakes.
A	Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hours of KTV at medium room plus 15 small bottles of Guinness Stout and the cashier tried to charge us over $400! Room charge was supposed to be $50 an hour which means the 15 small bottles of Guinness Stout cost $300 plus?! Ridiculous pricing. Be careful. Trying to scam people! Won't be back again!
y	yuan gungun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always a regular here cos i stay nearby, but for this time AM Derek was very unprofessional and when we arrive at 11:30pm the staff did not inform that the kitchen was closed. We wasn’t serve with any snacks for 2 hours till 2am and when we realised that the snacks are not served, we confronted and was very disappointed at the service attitude from Derek and it’s your fault that you did not inform us beforehand that the kitchen is closed. His service to us is “so what you wan me to do” in a very rude tone. I don’t think me and my friends want to patronise again because of his service attitude. We hope as an AM, he can improve his service attitude.
S	Summer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last Friday with my friends, I called at 3 pm for booking a room for 4 of us, the counter was replied ok and already made a reservation for me, but 5 minutes later, they call me back to apologize to me and told that had someone booked the timing online, I feel very irritating. After that, the counter gave me a VIP room with normal room prices. I feel appreciated, my friends and I very enjoyable. I can understand the KTV just reopened, everything is messy. as long as you helped me settle the issue, I don't mind sharing with you more of my patience. -1 star, because no food or drink selling there!!!

Staff should come and remind us before 5 - 10minutes to check whether customer would like to end the session or add time for it. When times up, we check with reception, the staff say they already charge for another 1 hour price WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION from customer. Other that this, everything is ok.
p	plasticman2k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we came here to check out this new insta worthy KTV (unfortunately it’s covid so no singing). I’m normally suspicious about places that are dressed pretty but once we ordered the food, we were blown away. Their pizzas were excellent and freshly made, that mentaiko pizza was to die for. The bar bites and noodles were equally just as amazing. Service was also very good, no complaints there except sometimes it was a bit hard to look for assistance. Maybe the place is still new and they don’t have that many staff. In all, good place to chill and eat. Check out this place!
E	Elinor Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 of us went and we took the small room. It's sufficient to sit comfortably for 4 - 5 pax. Each room has 1 stand microphone and 2 wireless ones. The quality of sound and music is good. Air con is cold as usual.

Better promotional price for packages before 10pm, also a 20% discount right now while will only Safra members get 18%. Will be back next time during “happy hours” to try again.
