Tried out their Warm & Snug Christmas package ! The massage was really good but what I loved most was the Balinese Boreh wrap!! The wrap was very professionally done and the treatment indeed helped relieved my shoulder pain! Thank You Sribayu!! Will make time and come back again.

I have a wonderful experience. I was actually looking to have a good massage n I found it.the massage is superb every inches of my body is massage no short cut or skip.body scrub oh my I feel like a princess.had a facial also the best.the best part is after your session, no hard selling or force you to sign up anytin.the counter lady speak so gentle.overalll experience superb!!

Have been with them even before they shifted from Kovan area to the present locale. The staff are very friendly. Their therapists are all well trained and very professional. Always feel refresh after a good 1and half hours massage session. Highly recommended!

Think twice before signing any packages with them as they will amend the t&c suddenly and expect you to comply. Have signed a packaged 2 years ago when was told there will be no expiry to it. I was just informed recently that they change a new management and asked me to clear up and finish my balance treatments which is about 7 more sessions, within 2 weeks. I debated that you are causing more harm to my body for attending 7 sessions in 2 weeks? The decided to extend it to 1 month deadline to clear off my 7 sessions which is definitely unreasonable. Even during this time where everyone are taking caution to minimize activities, they prioritized their business and risks the safety and wellness of their customers...

A great place to relax and rejuvenate as suggested by the slogan displayed along the way, leading up to the spa within the confines of Yishun Safra. There is a promotional pricing specially catered for Safra members. The massage was good and I felt relaxed after the session. Do not arrive with the expectation of 5-star spa and massage service as this is a very simple and minimal set-up that does the work without the frills. Would definitely patronise again should the body craves for a knead in the near future. As with all massages, personal experiences may vary owing to differing expectations and preconceived skills of the therapists. It's always a hit and miss and I personally believe to try it for yourself and not jump to conclusions based on reviews by others. ???

went for a 60min body massage + 20min jacuzzi. massage was great! i don’t have a very high pain tolerance so it was good for me. jacuzzi was very relaxing too. reasonably priced ($99 per pax for the couple massage/jacuzzi promo), would come again if i was in the area

Was there last Friday and most outrageous thing happened, I was undressing and getting ready to settle in when a Middle-aged looking lady opened my door without knocking and stared at me for a good 5 seconds until I asked if she was a masseuse. She replied very rudely that she wasn’t and was looking for her husband. Looked around the room at both my husband and I when I said he’s obviously not here, then slammed the door as she left leaving us in total shock. Didn’t even bother to apologise or close the door proper. Pretty darn rude and weird that the receptionist allowed her to enter the premises like that, invading our privacy. Had to ask the real masseuse to lay a piece of protective cover on the bed cause the face bit was stinky. Masseuse is good and receptionist seemed to be polite as well. Unfortunate bad start to what was supposed to be a great experience.
